Beautiful tour to discover the green landscapes in Scotland, lakes, castles, and especially Loch Ness. The driver-guide Done provided us with many anecdotes.
Scenically beautiful 11 hrs. Trip to Loch Ness and back with a boat trip, 8 hrs. of which were on the bus. No time for lunch or longer stops if you chose the boat tour (large boat with approx. 300 tourists) and Loch Ness is actually quite far from Edinburgh. Super many exciting and long-winded stories from the driver/guide in one, though probably not a single person on the bus understood the Scottish slang.
Fantastic experience! Everything organized to perfection and truly pleasant from beginning to end. A special thanks to Tom, an exceptional guide: knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and capable of making every moment even more interesting. Without a doubt the number one guide! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could give this 0 stars, I would! The tour is 12 hours long- out of which you will spend 10 ON THE BUS. If I wanted to stare out of my window and stay indoors all the time, I would just stay at home! The tour description is very misleading. You get a 30 min stop at 10 for coffee and then you get a 1 hour stop at Loch Ness- if you choose to go in the cruise, you do not get time for lunch. How stupid is that? The next (& final) stop comes in a small town called Pitlochry and that’s 30 mins tops too. You barely get out of the bus otherwise. Better to book with another provider. No point booking this one and just spending the entire day on the bus.
We saw magnificent landscapes. We think the tour was well representative of the Highlands. There were enough stops and an extraordinary guide (Graheme) who told us many things (about the history of Scotland, about its landscapes, and legends) while driving very well!
Our guide Graeme really made our day, he knew a lot of interesting stuff about Scotland and fun facts about the places we travelled through.
The promised itinerary was fulfilled, even though we left half an hour late due to a truck breakdown.
amazing guide and amazing tour
We toured the Highlands with Connor. We had a superb day and saw magnificent landscapes. Connor is an attentive, passionate, and very pleasant guide. We recommend this experience!
Absolutely amazing day, from feeding Baxter, Honey and Hamish (the heelind coos), mesmerising views at Glen Coe, taking a boat ride alone Loch Ness and exploring beautiful Fort Augustus and on way home, pit stop at Pitlochrie, the day was 12 hours long but perfectly planned. Greg our host was so knowledgable that if I was to sit my History “O”level again (showing my age), I would feel confident I’d pass 🤗. Weather was also perfect to boot! Thank you Greg, host with the most!
