James was an excellent guide for this half-day tour. He was knowledgeable and shared many insights, including conversations he's had with Holocaust survivors. There's a lot to take in while visiting the memorial site and I'm glad we had James to guide us. I highly recommend this tour if you're interested in learning more about this period of history and the horrific tragedies that took place at Dachau and other concentration camps.
We had a good experience on the tour and would definitely recommend. James was quite knowledgeable, answered all questions, and handed a difficult subject with deference.
Our tour was amazing and our guide was filled with knowledge. Is a very solemn experience, but one that should not be missed.
The tour was very interesting. A horrible time and at times very sad. We met a liberating veteran in attendance, made the wife's cry. The guide was very knowledgeable. It is a must go.
Clear instructions on meeting location. Also the guide made a great effort to keep us all together when boarding the “train” (metro or subway) and later the local bus. Very sad and sobering tour, however, very educational and worthwhile. Along with water, bring tissues. Frightening how this history came to pass.
Wonderful tour. James was such a good guide - knowledgeable, patient, thorough. One of best tours we have ever had. LOTS of walking.
Tour was excellent, highly recommend this tour. Dachau is a place everyone should experience for so many reasons and to remember the victims and their families of this terrible time in our history. Our guide James was so knowledgeable and we all learned so much. Thank you.
James was a knowledgeable and conscientious guide.
Our tour guide James was excellent and tactful, very informative and on-time . we appreciated all the information and the humane way he explained events.
James is incredibly passionate and informative. Great tour guide. I was very impressed with James’ account of the events leading up to Nazi germany as well as all the names, dates and locations he shared.
