Vivienne was a wonderful teacher! She was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. My mother and I completed this class and we absolutely loved the experience overall. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who actually wants to learn how to make croissants and pain au chocolat.
Thank you so much, Kaitlin, for your wonderful review! We’re delighted that you and your mother enjoyed learning to make croissants and pain au chocolat together. Vivienne will be thrilled to hear that her knowledge and sense of humor made the class such a memorable experience. It means a lot to know you would recommend us to others who want to truly learn the techniques behind these classic French pastries. Warm regards, From all of us at Studio Pâtisserie
Great time! The whole experience was so pleasant and well structured. We were only four participants, so it was super cozy. The time went by quickly, and we had so much fun. The pastry chef, Maria, was great at guiding us and was really delightful and fun, which made it extra special! She was always smiling, encouraging us throughout the class, and was incredibly friendly. I recommend this for anyone who loves croissants—perhaps not for young children, though, since you need some strength with the rolling pin! The price is reasonable, and it's worth it. We wouldn't have wanted to miss this on our Paris trip.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted that you had such a pleasant and memorable experience in the croissant class. It’s lovely to hear that the small group created a cozy atmosphere and that the class felt well structured, relaxed, and fun from beginning to end. Maria will be so happy to know that her friendly guidance, encouragement, and enthusiasm helped make the experience extra special. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are thrilled that the class was such a worthwhile part of your Paris trip. We hope to welcome you back for another baking experience! Warm regards, From all of us at Studio Pâtisserie
