The mountains are beautiful and definitely worth the trip. The food was great. I would just suggest adding some fresh items like vegetables or fruits for much needed vitamins and fiber during this strenuous activity. Big thanks to the staff! I will add a few suggestions on how to improve the experience. First, it is not necessary to rush and finish the entire day's hike by lunch! I understand that Miguel wants to be done as soon as possible with his work and have a free and relaxing afternoon but that is not what tourists signed up for. The good tour guides organize the trek ahead of time. Also, complaining about tourists being too demanding or being rude and abrasive to women, whether tourists or local ladies collecting the entrance fees, does not create the best impression. Other than that, I will definitely recommend the company.
We are glad you enjoyed the natural beauty and local cuisine. We are sorry if the pace of the hikes and some of our staff's comments were not up to your expectations. We understand your point about the importance of enjoying the tour without rushing and the need for respectful treatment at all times. We will review our protocols and train our team to ensure a better experience. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us improve!
