Advanced Open Water Diver Course

We had an excellent experience with this diving center, and especially with our instructor Ash — he was absolutely the best! My wife tried diving for the first time, and Ash made her feel comfortable, confident, and safe throughout the experience. I already had diving experience and decided to improve my skills and complete my Advanced Open Water Diver certification with him. What impressed me most was the special attention Ash paid to diving safety. He was professional, patient, and always made sure we understood what we were doing before every dive. He never rushed us and constantly kept an eye on our comfort and safety underwater. I highly recommend this diving center, and especially Ash as an instructor. Whether you are trying diving for the first time or looking to improve your skills, you will be in very good hands!

I had the pleasure of completing my Advanced Open Water and Enriched Air Diver courses on the house reef. My instructor was Mr. Hamada P., whom I highly recommend – a true professional in every way.

We did the Nitrox Course, Advance Open Water Course and a few more dives from the boat (Titan Island and Ras Mohammed). Each instructor and guide has been great and made the experience incredible. We loved it so much we are already planning when to come back.

I have mixed feelings about this dive club. Firstly, Cristina and Hany Soltan from the instructor team are exceptionally kind, professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Nasser from the sales team is also very helpful and customer-oriented. If you visit the club, I would strongly recommend working with them. That said, there are a few aspects that detracted from my overall experience. The frequent changes of instructors between sessions and dives made it difficult to build continuity and rapport. In diving, trust and familiarity with an instructor can be an important part of the learning experience. I also observed some inconsistency in the level of customer service. For example, on one day I was offered tea without asking. The following day, when I was feeling unwell and asked whether I could have a black tea at around 07:30, I was told to go to the bar because "this is a dive club". While this may seem like a small issue, it contributed to a feeling that customer care depended on the day and the person involved. One particular incident had the greatest impact on my rating. On a boat diving day, I unexpectedly felt sick in the morning. I asked whether I could postpone my dive until later in the day, around 11:00 or after lunch, when other divers were already scheduled to dive and the boat would already be at sea. Instead, I received a careless and rigid no, without any decent explanation, except for getting things done asap. It was also made clear that I would lose my momey if I don’t dive immediately at the first session. I found the response inflexible and not solution-oriented. Given the circumstances, I had hoped for a more accommodating approach. In terms of overall value and customer experience, I personally had a better experience with Pyramids Diving Center.

Our first time diving in Sharm El Sheikh and we wanted to select a highly professional company who we felt would make our trip as memorable and safe as possible. Reef Oasis Dive Club did not disappoint!! The team are all very friendly and extremely professional and made us all feel very much at home and not rushed into making decisions over which dives and courses to take. As I was already a PADI AOW we selected for wife and 2x kids to complete the same certification which means they get 5x dives and can walk away with a new Certification. Our instructor and Dive Guide was Hossam Eldin and he was fantastic. The perfect instructor with his calm, friendly and professional approach. Many thanks to Hossam and a generally great team at Reef Oasis Dive Club Sharm El Sheikh. Highly recommended and we will be back again.

My kids and I did our advanced Open Water Diver with Reef Oasis Dive Club. The instructors were patient, calm and reassuring throughout the whole process and made the whole course lots of fun and easy to follow. And the dive sites in this area are just out of this world.

I took the advanced open water course at this diving center and I had a really great experience. They proposed the course to me and supported me in every dive, and even on land, the staff was very kind and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank Hossam and Ibrahim, who were my two instructors, and I found them very professional. During my stay, I also participated in two of the boat trips organized by the diving center, one to Ras Mohammed and one to Tiran Island. I recommend both for divers and snorkelers because for those going to Sharm, they are an incredible experience.
