We had mixed experiences on this trip to Ras Mohamed and White Island. The highlight was definitely the diving and snorkelling team. The dive instructor from Sunshine Diving was exceptionally professional, attentive, and reassuring, and the snorkelling guides provided fantastic support in the water. The boat crew itself was also polite and well-trained. However, the organisation and facilities fell far short of what we expected: Boarding Area: The waiting area before boarding was disorganised and uncomfortable; the fan was broken, making the wait in the heat very unpleasant. Boat Condition: We paid for a "luxury" boat experience, but the vessel was tired and not in good condition. Food & Refreshments: The food served was cold and disappointing compared to the advertised offerings. Portions and options were minimal, leaving us hungry throughout the day. Overall, while the underwater staff and marine experience were great, the boat's condition, organisation, and catering need significant improvement to justify the luxury price tag.
