Tim Dowd is an amazing tour guide!!! Great stories and history. And super funny.
Very informative Comprehensive Tim is great
Tim was great! Very informational
James was very informative, about the 9/11 sight and its history the cities reaction to the attacks at the time and going forward and of course the day itself, with his memories as a child. If we had a comment to make it would be that it would be nice if the guides wore mics
Our guide Paul was brilliant. He guided us through the museum relating many personal stories and answered all the questions. A very moving experience
Sean was a great tour guide of the 911 Memorials because he really tells the story of what happened with a lot of heart and emotion/empathy. He ties in his experience of where he was and how he reacted and how the people around him reacted. You can tell he really loves the city of New York and the people in it as well as America. He gave a lot of detail about specific people and what they experienced and about the timeline of events. Thank you for a great tour experience!
Concierge that usually checks everyone in did not show up that morning, so it was pretty hectic, but the tour guides did the best they could with what they had...no fault of their own. Tim gave a wonderful tour with a lot of insightful information. I have been before and still learned new things. My daughter has never been to NYC, so it was important to me for her to see ground zero and know what happened that day. Thank you, Tim for giving her the honest, unfiltered version of what happened that day.
Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and a fantastic detailed story teller.
Outstanding knowledgeable guide
