All-Access 9/11: Ground Zero Tour, Memorial and Museum, One World Observatory

Description
Don't just see the landmarks; understand the legacy. This all-encompassing experience provides a chronological journey through one of history’s most significant days and the resilience that followed. Led by a local guide with personal ties to the events, you will explore the hallowed grounds of the Memorial, gain skip-the-line access to the 9/11 Museum, and end your journey 102 stories up at the One World Observatory. The Experience Highlights: The Guided Walk: Visit St. Paul’s Chapel, the FDNY Memorial Wall, and the Survivor Tree. Your guide provides the human context that plaques alone cannot convey. Priority Museum Entry: Avoid the massive public lines. Once inside, you have the flexibility to explore the 9/11 Museum’s poignant exhibits at your own pace (or upgrade to a VIP guided museum tour). The Ascent: Conclude with a 47-second elevator ride that shows the evolution of NYC’s skyline before stepping out into the highest panoramic views in the Western Hemisphere.

Jim Q was an excellent true New Yorker tour guide. Very compassionate about the event and the tour
We travel with 2 of our kids. Experience was nice. Tour guide (Dave) was knowledgeable and kept the flow of the tour moving nicely. It was nice to get a guided tour and then have time to explore on our own after being guided the way.
A very moving day of somber respect and quiet in an otherwise crazy busy city. The memorial is a beautiful creation and the museum creates the environment to consider many things - the events of that day remembering the fallen, the courage and resilience and horror they faced, and contemplate what is really important in this day and age. For me that is love and time spent with family, because “tomorrow” is promised to no-one. Our guide James was excellent - who also shared his personal experience as a 6 year old child on that day. One of the docents in the museum was a firefighter that day. Talk to them too. I witnessed it all on a TV screen. This was a whole new look at the reality. I won’t tell you this visit was all easy, but this visit was necessary to complete my experience of a day I’ll never forget.
Justin was our guide and did an excellent job--was knowledgable, well spoken, clear, and concise. He answered questions fully and was easy to relate to, articulate.
We really enjoyed the tour, and our tour guide Megan was the best. She really provided great information and background about the tour sites.
James was our tour guide. He was very informative, fun to spend the day with. James made everything about 911 more understanding. James explained in detail why the towers are being built in a different spot & the meaning how the fountain was designed for the memorial.. James was a pleasure to meet. James does a fantastic job.
It is very educational ,to learn about the all history that took place & to actually see & be there where the 911 attack took place..
Emillene was an amazing tour guide. She really connects with us having lived in NYC most of our lives. She shared great stories and made it an amazing experience for us!
Informative tour, and Paul managed all of our questions with sensitivity and care. We found the pace to be just right too.
We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Meghan! She was so knowledgeable, personable and considerate of keeping the guests comfortable on a warm August day. The time flew by as I learned things I did not know about that horrific day. And she did share stories bout individual heroes. Some survived. Some did not. While a sobering experience and reminder of what happened almost 25 yers ago, Meghan told the story of the day and shared the facts and many different perspectives. Highly recommend this tour!!
