Overall a great experience, we had a super guide and it was an amazing tour. But be aware of the way they sell the tickets on the site, because there is NO fass track as they say there is, we did pay a lot of money for that. And it was not an option when you are there. We booked with pickup and return service. Next time I would only book the tickets, and take a taxi out to the Mine.
Piotr was our driver who met us on time and had text me first with his details and vehicle registration. Piotr was friendly and happy and it was really lovely trip to and from the Salt mines. I would highly recommend Piotr for your driver. He was also kind enough to take us to our apartments rather than the place where we had initially met him. Thanks for a great experience 5*

Excellent tour, guide was very salt positive and informative! Driver Andriano Borowiec was super friendly and even gave recommendations for dishes to try while here in Poland
Driver Peter was well on time, made sure we could participate earlier. Afterwards we had to send a picture via whatsapp so he knew which exit we were at, we could wait there for him. A perfect experience!

MAX SZKATULA was an absolute legend! He made us feel at ease with his friendly nature, he gave lots of interesting facts about krakow as we traveled with him and to top it off he was funny! Defo recommend MAX SZKATULA for any travel or tours. Great guy
