Incredibly moving. A must see so we never forget and never repeat this civilizational stain on humanity. Our tour guide was fantastic. It only was she extremely well informed, but I can’t imagine the emotional toll she must have to endure to repeat the stories every day for each group.
Amazing experience with wonderful guides and travel to the sites. Our guide at Auschwitz was Amazing! Thank you for the incredible day and sobering visit to the camps. Well worth it!!

It was very good but the lady doing the salt mine tour has no business doing it in English. Everyone on the tour agreed and many just removed their earpiece.
The tour was great and the company they used was great but as for viator they doubled charged me for the trip and won't refund my credit card and now won't reply to my emails
We were very fortunate to have very few people so had a mini bus. Timing was excellent and our driver faultless. Ticketing was easy and we were shown to each meeting point and handed over to equally good local guides. I would recommend the packed lunch. More than enough food fresh rolls and other snacks as well and fruit and water. At no time did we feel rushed and had an unforgettable day

Blown away by the trip, it’s a trip everyone should take in their lifetime. The Guide Evie/Eva was very knowledgeable. My only complaint about the trip was that it felt rushed. I known there were many other tour groups and the tour leader was onto the next piece of information before we’d finished looking at the something in the last room. I wanted to spend more time in each place to fully understand/appreciate it. I felt my time there wasn’t give the attention it deserved. I’m pleased I went. It was a personal trip as I’d worked in a Jewish hospital in Australia and some of the patients were Holocaust survivors, I kind of wanted to honour them. We had little time at Railway Station and the was only Due to the weather being so very hot, (no shade at all) Wonderful trip, well informed about times, pick ups etc. Thomas/Tomas was a great driver, informative and funny. Thank you for your review and please note that time to spend on the terrain of the camp is strictly limited to 3h45min and we have no impact for that - this is state museum and we are obligated to respect their rules. We ave also 6 and 8 hours studio visits available so that would be better choice for you. Also when temperature is above 30 degrees celcius museum authorities make decision about shortening Birkenau part from 60 to 45 minutes due to safety reasons. As you mentioned it's huge open space field without any place to hide from the sun.

Our bus driver and guide were very good and knowledgeable. It was a very long day - maybe we should have chosen just one tour instead of 2 to do. We enjoyed the Auschwitz/Birkenau tour. Our only criticism is that it felt rushed and we didn't get to read all the signs which had a lot of information. We also didn't have a lot of time to buy meals, souvenirs and drinks (we weren't aware that we should have bought our lunch with us).
Dear Sharon I strongly disagree that you did not have time to buy food, souvenirs and drinks as we provide 6 breaks during the day and all of them are 15-30 minutes long depends on the day. This is plenty of time to do all the things that you described in your review. Providing breaks and all facilities and possibility of having food and drinks (and souvenirs) is our priority. Also in the message that we send to every traveler a day before (which you confirmed) we wrote: "We can offer you a lunch box sets to buy". Even if not our lunch boxes there are plenty of snack bars and vending machines around to buy food and drinks. You could even buy some food at the car park at both Auschwitz I and Birkenau part. All groups have limited time to visit the camps which is exactly 3h45min. This is state museum's rules that we are obligated to respect. They have around 3 million visitors per year and these limitations are clear. There are also studio visits containing 8 hour guided touravailable (mainly for school tours) and then there is more time to read all the signs in every place on the terrain of the camps. Overall it's 11 hours day and big majority of our clients are very happy that they can save a day booking this tour and seeing both important venues in one day.
