I couldn’t do the salt mine because I’m I’ve got mobility problems and then when we were in Auschwitz, I tripped and fell and had to go to the hospital our guide peter was fabulous. He was incredibly helpful very patient. He had other people look after but he took care of me in a first class way, and I can’t recommend him highly enough so please thank him for me.
This excursion was so convenient & easy. There were plenty of breaks, as it was a long day. The guides were all wonderful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend!
The tour was very good with very professional guides and very organised transport from one place to the other. Unfortunately the pick up time and location was changed the day before to 6AM at another Hotel which was very inconvenient with other plans we had made.
Please note that 8 AM is an approximate time and we depend on the decision of Auschwitz Museum at which hour we can enter and we did explain that in the message. Moreover your hotel was located in the middle of Old Town square which is a pedestrian zone so we had to relocate you to the closets legal possible spot. As you have started earlier you as well finished earlier.
A long day but well worth it. Transport on time, well organized , tour guides very informative. An interesting and important day.

Very informative and comprehensive. Our tour guide was a wealth of knowledge and added interesting details, which made the experience valuable in better understanding Auschwitz and Birkenau.
The salt mine was very tiring for my wife and while interesting, it taught me never to go back to any mine tour; the aushwitz tour was excellent ; i wish it would have been slower to take in all the information and evidence to hate the nazi regime.
Outstanding, from being picked up to being dropped off. The lunch box for 40 Zl was excellent. Our driver was Piotr, who was attentive, polite and all round made the trip a pleasure. Our guide was the best but I can’t remember his name. His knowledge and the way he delivered the information conveyed the somber surroundings and history of the Holocaust. This was a super day trip. Kristopher our driver was lovely. Minibus was clean and tidy. Took us to our venues with ease and very safely. Auschwitz - there was swift entry to the venue. Our guide was fantastic. An American guy who was calm and very informative. We really lucked out with him. This is a very solemn & reflective visit. Salt mines - this was incredible. Lots of steps down (lift back up). Lots to learn and hear about plus some incredible salt statues. A favourite was the ‘active’ church WOW. Communication before and during the trip was excellent. I would throughly recommended for a hassle free trip to these significant historical landmarks.
The tour was well organized. Our tour guide Christopher was excellent. Even though he was running late because of traffic, he kept us updated. Gave us good information and always clear instructions about meeting points etc. Would recommend this company to do the tour. It was a long day but that was expected.. The tour itself was very informative. The salt mine was interesting. Very sad to hear and learn more about what had happened in World War 2 at Auschwitz-Birkenau Christopher also suggested good names for restaurants.
