1. About Excurgo

Excurgo.com is a tour and activity discovery platform. We aggregate listings from Viator (a Tripadvisor company) and present them to help travelers find experiences worldwide. Excurgo does not sell tours directly — all bookings are made through Viator's platform.

Excurgo is an affiliate of Viator: when you book a tour through our links, Viator pays us a commission. You pay the same price as you would on Viator directly — the commission costs you nothing extra.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Excurgo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Use of the Platform

You may use Excurgo to browse, search, and discover tours and activities. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically download content from the site without permission.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Tour Listings and Pricing

All tour listings, descriptions, prices, availability, images, and reviews shown on Excurgo are sourced from the Viator API. While we strive to display accurate information, Excurgo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

Prices shown are indicative and may change. Final prices are confirmed at the time of booking on Viator. Our copy of the Viator catalog is refreshed regularly (hourly for prices and availability), so a price can change between our update and your visit.

5. Bookings and Payments

Excurgo does not process bookings or payments. When you select a tour and click to book, you are redirected to Viator.com. Your booking is subject to Viator's own Terms and Conditions, cancellation policies, and payment processing. Excurgo is not a party to any booking contract.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Review ratings, review counts and review texts displayed on Excurgo are collected by Viator and Tripadvisor; each review shows the site it comes from. Excurgo does not write, edit or select reviews to change a tour's rating.

7. Intellectual Property

The Excurgo brand, logo, and original content are the property of Excurgo.com. Tour content, images, and descriptions are the property of Viator and respective tour operators. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without permission.

8. Reporting Infringing Content (Notice and Takedown)

If you believe that content on Excurgo infringes your copyright or other rights, send a written notice to support@excurgo.com with the subject “Takedown request”. Your notice must include:

• identification of the copyrighted work or other right you claim is infringed;
• the exact URL(s) on excurgo.com where the material appears, so we can find it;
• your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material promptly and let you know. If the content comes from Viator or a tour operator, we also pass the notice on to them. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice to the same address with the URL, the reason, your contact details and your signature.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Excurgo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or the accuracy of third-party tour data. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excurgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to issues arising from third-party bookings made through Viator.

11. Third-Party Links

Excurgo contains links to Viator.com and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Clicking through to Viator means you are subject to Viator's own terms and privacy policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
