1日の後半では ヴィエリチカ塩鉱山へ移動します。この塩鉱山は、700年以上にわたって塩を生産している、世界で最も古い作業用塩鉱山の一つです。 午後4時または午後5時に英語ガイドツアーに参加します（道路状況によります）。 ガイドが地下140メートルまでお連れし、驚くほどの塩彫りや彫像でいっぱいの空洞のある2.5 - km 以上の観光ルートを2.5時間かけて進みます。
ツアー終了後は、宿泊先またはクラクフ市内中心部までお送りします。 ホテルが旧市街またはユダヤ人街内にある場合は、最寄りの集合場所でお客様をお送りします。

Our guide was brilliant. Very knowledgeable about Karkow and about Auschwitz and Auschwitz Birkenau. He was very keen for us to get the very best for the experiences.
This is a long tour but well worth the effort of an early start. The speakers for each tour spoke with empathy & passion. The driver was polite & very professional throughout the day. The tour ran smoothly, this is the second time I have booked with Viator & I would recommend this tour & company.
Booked this trip for myself & friend for our birthdays. Booking went well until the morning of the trip when I received an email to say that the driver was at the pick up hotel waiting for us an hour& quarter before our pick up time. No notifications received prior to this. When I called, I was told we were too late and bus had left, no explanation other than they had "tried" to contact me but no messages or calls received prior to this email. We had to miss the trip and rebook next day for exact same trip via Booking.com which went perfectly, same time, same hotel pick up, same operator Mr Shuttle. When trying to get refund I was told it was 'my fault' as text messages were sent to change time (texts were never received or the missed call from driver that they said had been made) they also said a message was sent on portal at 2am of the morning of the trip, what good is that when pick up was 7am now moved to 5.45am ??? Viator are now not responding to any communication and im having to claim through credit card.
Hello, thank you for your review. When you book the tour, there is information that our pickups are between 5:30 and 7:30, and that the exact pickup time is always confirmed on the day before. The same information is visible on your voucher. The pickup time strictly depends on the entry time to the Museum. On the day before your tour, we sent you 2 text messages, at 1:14 PM and at 7:45 PM, with the exact pickup time. We also sent an email through the portal at 2:06 PM (and not 2 am as mentioned in the review). On the day of your tour, at 4:45 AM, exactly 1 hour before the pickup time, we sent a reminder text message. Our driver arrived on time and was waiting for you at the hotel. Unfortunately, you were not there, and when we called, there was no signal. The driver left after 10 minutes. You only contacted us at 6:18 AM, stating that your pickup was scheduled for 7 AM, but the pickup time was 5:45, and it was confirmed multiple times on the day before the tour. I am sorry that you missed your tour, but the information about our pickups was communicated before you booked, after you booked (on the voucher), and the exact time from you hotel was sent as per the procedures. This was a great tour and our tour guide, Lucas, for the Auschwitz part, shared a lot of information with us. Our driver was very clear and kept us updated throughout the day. We found the salt mine interesting. Good idea to have a light jumper as it can be cold in parts.
The trip it's self was good however it was ruined by the fact we changed the date to Thursday 18th the week before we travelled due to a late flight and plans with other members of the party, the day before we travelled the provider messaged us to say that viator had not updated the trip and we had to go on Wednesday the 17th, this meant we had 3 hrs sleep before the trip after arriving late the night before and we missed the chance to spend time with a member of our family as they was going home on the Thursday.
Very powerful, a must do in Poland. This was such an amazing experience. Our guide was thoughtful. Salt mine was amazing, lots of steps so be prepared.
We booked mr shuttle for 2 day trips and a transfer back to airport,, on the day trips the bus turned up right on time,,the bus was spotlessly clean ,the driver very nice,friendly,polite and professional,, it was very good service,,and the transfer back airport was exactly the same,, one of our half day trips was cancelled due to a public holiday and we were issued a full refund with no issues,, i would highly recommend this service,,and will definetly be using them again. This is an all day trip and well worth it! Our guide, Anna, was superb. Very sobering to visit the camps and see where it happened. Salt mine tour was amazing! Just long enough in time for a truly memorable experience.
The guide Maris was exceptional in his knowledge and his demeanor. The local guides were also excellent.
