I had a wonderful experience on this day tour to Auschwitz and the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Everything was very well organized, and the hotel pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient.
Our tour guide was amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They did an excellent job explaining the history and providing interesting details throughout the tour.
It was a long day, but everything ran smoothly and never felt rushed or confused about where to go next.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organized tour with an excellent guide!

The tour exceeded our expectations. We all learnt more of what happened in this camp, it was a somber day but one that everyone should experience and learn about.

Rushed!
Auschwitz-Birkenau are incredible places. I'm glad we took them in. Our driver was great. Unfortunately not so much our guide. She rushed through the exhibits without giving us time to contemplate what we were seeing and the true horror that occurred. No time for pictures. No time for questions until the very end. Without an audio set at Birkenau she was difficult to hear. The whole thing felt rushed. Unlike the Salt Mine where the guide took time to allow photos and answer questions. He was very good.

Interesting day but sad and thought provoking.
Unfortunately the pick up time was changed at the last minute to 5.24am!
So a very early start but worth it in the end. Driver was very good and informative. The guide was knowledgeable and sensitive.

I am left without doing the excursion due to an excessive advance in the pickup time, poorly managed
Very bad, the day before we were notified by SMS from a USA mobile number that looks like spam that the activity pickup is moved up from 7:00 AM to 5:50 AM. I don't see how the apparent spam is what reports this substantial change in the contracted activity. When I am at the agreed time at the place indicated on the sheet that confirms the activity, there is no one there; I call by phone and they tell me that since they have already notified me, they can no longer do anything. They offer me to go the next day by paying again. I came to Krakow for this excursion; they have ruined my trip.

Hello, when you go to the booking website, the description says, "The pickups are provided between 5:30 and 7:30, depending on your accommodation and our schedules. The pickup time is always confirmed by text and email the day before the tour." This information is also visible on the voucher you receive after you make a booking. On the day before the tour, we sent you 2 text messages and 1 email through Viator. 1 hour before the pickup, we also sent you a reminder. Our driver was waiting for you at the scheduled time, and you were not there. We also called you, but you were not responding. The driver and the bus left the city. You only called us back at 7 am., and at that time, the group was also outside the city and almost at the Museum. We offered you the alternatives, but you didn't accept any of them. We are sorry that you missed the tour, but all of the information about the pickups was visible before and after the booking. We notified you about the exact pickup time, and our messages were signed "MrShuttle". If you were not sure, you could have checked that with us, especially since, once again, the information about the pickup window was visible on the website and the voucher. Regards, Mr Shuttle

A must see for all
The visit is a must! It is something that should never happen again and the tour points this out very clearly. As my daughter expressed, it is "haunting".

Highly recommend
We had an amazing day trip. Our driver Christian was punctual, very friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Everything from arranging pickup the day before was hassle free. The vehicle was clean and spacious, and we loved the flexible pacing that let us explore without feeling rushed.
