Matthew excellent driver, punctual and serious. He even waited for us on the way back for a few of our minutes late

Really well organised, our driver Stanley was great, got us where we needed to be on time. The only disappointment was out Auschwitz tour guide, he was terrible, couldn't hear him a lot of the time even though people asked him to speak up, he didn't wait for everyone to get in before talking and just spoke in a monotone voice. Salt mine was incredible and our guide was fantastic.

Overall we had a great experience with Legendary Krakow. We were initially a bit surprised because they reached out the day before we were meant to arrive in Krakow to let us know the trip couldn’t be done in one day. This was due to the scheduling of tickets. Fortunately we had three days in Krakow so it worked out for us to do a half day at the Salt Mine on the day we arrived and then most of the next day in Auschwitz. I actually felt it worked better to do the two visits separately for timing. It also allows you to process what you see and feel in Auschwitz. Matthew, our driver for Auschwitz was great! He shared some of his own experiences and provided us with great tips for our stay in Krakow.

Kamil (the driver) was punctual to pick me up at the hotel. The driving was safe. I was very happy with the tour and the tour guide did an amazing job at explaining the Concentration Camps and history in general.

Great trip and Matthew was a fabulous host/guide/driver - very knowledgeable and interacted well with us. We then had Victoria in the mines who was also really knowledgeable, slight disruption to the headphone service near the end and a very long walk to the lifts!! Overall a great experience - huge thanks to Matthew

The guide Michael was very helpful and friendly. We recommend. Transmitted information and gave the necessary time to the different needs of the people in the group.

Jacob was our driver to and from the salt mines, he was so friendly and welcoming to us, the journey was perfect and he explained everything so well to us. He was a gentleman. The experience in the salt mines was also amazing and we are so glad to we had the opportunity to do this, our tour guide was full of all the information you could need and also very friendly we learned so much within that couple of hours. I would highly recommend this to anybody who might want to do it.
