The logistics were awful. Bus number wrong! Time was given as 7:00 but bus arrived at 6:10 ready to go. It was a good thing we were early. Tour was fantastic and highly recommend but the office arranging the tour must be better!!
Very unprofessional!!! . The head office full of people that don’t know what they are doing. They argued with me for two weeks about the pick up from the hotel before hand, claiming it was not included which it clearly was. Travel advisor people finally set up the hotel transfer for me, and the company was still on me saying that now I owe them 100 złoty for transfer that was included. I refused to pay. Later I heard very clearly the driver and the guide discussing my case in Polish (not knowing that I understood the language) saying how people from other countries have so much money that it’s nothing for them to pay this fee so I should have just paid and not cause problems! Well sorry but I was not about to pay for something that was clearly included and I don’t have money falling out of my pocket just because I live in another country. It was so offensive. Eventually I had to present a clear email between Trip Advisor and me clearly stating the pick up was included. The guide took a picture sent it to her head office. No apologies, not even a mention of anything after that. It made cringe. Also the whole trip I was listening to the conversation between the driver and the guide gossiping badly about everyone in the company. So sad, so unprofessional. The guides at Auschwitz and Wieliczka were not good either. The headphones had short range and our group was large meaning you missed most of the guided tour. Very disappointing especially coming across the world to see these places.
Szczepan was our guide for the day. He met us at the bus very early in the morning. He was friendly and informative. Myself and my friend really enjoyed our day. The guide at Auschwitz was very knowledgeable. The guide at the salt mines was informative, knowledgeable and fun. Great experience.

Absolutely brilliant experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Krakow. The whole day was very well organised, from the pickup and transport to the timings at both Auschwitz and the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Everything ran smoothly and was clearly explained throughout. A special mention to Szczepan, who was fantastic. He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful throughout the day. He kept everyone updated on timings, explained exactly where we needed to be and made sure everything ran smoothly. He was very approachable and made the whole experience even better. Auschwitz is obviously a very moving and important place to visit, while the Wieliczka Salt Mine was incredible to see and a completely different experience. It is a long day, but absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Krakow. Szczepan was a credit to the company and made an already excellent tour even better. 5 stars.
