Worth doing excellent experience …a watch out would be waiting times at the mine entrance was 1hour before we started & the transfer picked up from the hotel but didn’t drop you back there …they took you back to the main station station …for the same price you could get a uber there & back and buy a ticket when you get there ( but obv a risk is there busy) …the tour was excellent and the mines stunning v glad we done it

Good trip and very interesting. Slight mix up with pick up point beforehand as received two messages from different people so needed to clarify correct pick up point. Ordered a lunch box the previous evening and thought it could have been better, as I did a trip on the day prior to this, and the lunch box was pa cked with more items, yet both were of equal value. The length of the visit was good and it must be taken into consideration that there is a lot of steps (800) to descend so anyone with mobility issues should request they use the lift ( which you come back up.in anyway). Would think you probably miss out on some of the exhibits etc. by using the lift to descend.

This experience is incredible and would recommend to anyone who has time! Seamless from the beginning with clear instructions via WhatsApp and communication throughout. If you are lucky enough to get Łukasz as your guide you will not be disappointed, he brought humour, lots of facts about the city and has left us with great recommendations for what to do after!
