Traveled as a solo travel professional. Arriving was awesome, VIP treatment from the beginning. The food was mediocre in the “lounge”. Departure was HORRIBLE! 1. No instructions on where to go at the airport. 2. By the time I got into the “lounge” there were NO seats available. WASTE OF MONEY!
Club Mobay at Sangster is a must. Been using it since the inception, even when traveling solo. Departure lounge is super relaxing instead of being stuck in the noisy gate area!
Not much time to experience arrival lounge shuttle there in less than a half hour by the time you get to the lounge. Departure lounge definitely a very good experience. The reception person at the airport was very friendly and informative and helpful! Being escorted past the long customs lines was worth the money spent alone. The arrival lounge itself was small and underwhelming. Only a few tables and a small refrigerator glass enclosure with cold sandwiches and a few desserts. We asked about the Mobay location across the hallway and was told it was the same thing which we later felt had to be a lie. Very disappointing. The departure lounge was large with a nice buffet type selection of foods and a bar with a large selection of alcohol..many top tier.

The transportation service was extremely disappointing. It took far too long for the front desk to locate our reservation, and once it was finally found, the driver ended up missing our resort altogether. On our departure day, the driver didn’t show up at all, forcing me to find an alternate taxi service at the last minute just to avoid missing our flight home. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth experience.
