We did not like the new Departure lounge by Gate 6. The seating and view were great but the bathrooms were tiny, too close to the one food buffet and bar and it was just a crazy mess of people trying to get around. We left early and proceeded to our gate only to find that the old lounge by Gate 12 was still there! When we checked in we were told to head to the new one and we didn't know the old lounge which we prefer was still open. I would move the buffet away from the bar and bathroom to improve flow.
If you have a while to wait for departure, I'd use this service. The food was decent and the drinks were good. However, while we were there, they ran out of dishes for the food bar and had guest waiting over 15 mins for plateware. The waitress who came around took our drink order but never brought ours. Instead, she brought a drink plater with multiple drinks and offered it up to everyone. When I reminded her, she returned with just one. You'd be better off just ordering directly from the bar.
The lounge is really nice was a good place to rest and relax before a flight
We had a great time although some of the party were slow in getting there. We probably saved money on drink prices outside and the food was excellent. The real bonus was the air-conditioned seats. We stayed around an hour, could have done longer as the flight was delayed. The kids played in the play area and we all relaxed
Roxanne was great. She was welcoming and polite which was refreshing to see. She got us through customs fairly quickly.
I lost my passport and everyone I talked to claimed they looked and no one would allow me to go look for myself. I spent hundreds of dollars getting taxis to the airport, doing police reports, and everything. When I managed to get back into the club to look for myself it was right on the floor under the couch. The first day and a half of my trip was ruined all because no one thoroughly checked or allowed me to look for myself.
Helpful for faster security process. Nice if you have extra time that you can enjoy the complimentary food and drinks.

I love it we have a comfortable place to sit the food wasn’t hot and fresh the person that turn to us was very nice.

Was a great experience a must if you are traveling to Jamaica. No long lines in and out of immigration in less than 5 mins.
