The experience was excellent. My rep, Sheba, was incredibly friendly and kind. She helped me navigate everything - immigration, baggage, customs and transportation - with ease - and then escorted me to the lounge. I highly recommend this service to anyone, but especially solo travelers.

Highly recommend when you’re travelling to Jamaica. It made our transition from the plane to our taxi a breeze. It wasn’t overly busy when we landed but I can imagine it’s even more worth it if a few planes arrive at a similar time

outstanding service made entry a lot easier and had a great support thru customs and finding everything in airport all so leaving our flight got delayed and club had good food and great sitting area to use

Great service got us through and out to the taxi so fast , collected our bags and sorted paperwork, the laughed is very good clean good food and toilets
Did not get to use the arrival services of Club Mobay due to miscommunication. You must confirm whether or not you get an email to do so and it needs to be with Holiday. Holdiay employees were very kind and did all they could to try and help. The situation was made right and they took care of our transfers and departure Club Mobay. Would recommend this tour.

Fast Track was worth every penny. First class lounge, was NOT at all what they represented. It is small and you can’t even walk it was so busy and all the tables are super close. If they had AC, it didn’t work well. There is one small bathroom in the corner. They kept stalling us because no one was there to bring us to the resort. It took an additional half hour for a car. The driver was good. He got us to the resort in about an hour and half, which was good since it’s far from the airport. Just not worth the money for the first class lounge.

getting through airport and our own shuttle van for 12 of us to our resort. First time using mobay but definitely not the last. Saved us hours of time our driver was amazing he stopped for what ever we needed,beer SMOKES and more
