Not a good experience
I waited almost 1 hour for my driver after several conversations with him when I arrived. Not happy with this experience although I've used you many times before with no problems.

Excellent option for a group needing to get transportation together!
Excellent service, timely, friendly and even was able to go above and beyond when we managed to get off our cruise faster than expected!

Top notch Cruise ship transfers
Excellent service all around. Very prompt. Perfect communications. Our Driver Daniel was very professional and made the transfer enjoyable.

Great service but had us waiting 15 minutes
There was enough room for 11 of us plus all our baggage. Would have received 5 stars but they were 15 minutes late.

The driver was very helpful in helping us navigate where to meet him at the airport. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. He was also helpful in giving us things to do in the area we were staying in. We would definitely recommend him to others.
