Absolute 5-star experience from start to finish. Booked private transport from Miami Airport and everything was flawless. The driver was on time, professional, had great communication and navigating MIA traffic was incredibly smooth. The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you want stress-free travel in Miami!!

Once I had the correct phone number for the transfer company I was able to confirm our reservation a few days ahead. I received a text with a second confirmation following that call and another the night before our reservation. The morning of went smooth as silk. Our driver was assigned and we were notified via text who he was and what vehicle to look for. Rene was patient getting us to the port from our hotel with all that port traffic. Can’t rate this company high enough and yes! We will book with them again.

The communication was fantastic, I received a confirmation e-mail a couple of days before the ride. I received a text from the driver the day before, then a call from the driver when he arrived on time. The vehicle was very nice & clean. Worry free transport, thank you!
The driver was helpful and on time. It was a relaxing ride for 8 of us from our hotel to the cruise terminal. I would use the service again.
