I tried to get confirmation several times prior.to my trip and I called Viator while at the airport. Viator confirmed my trip, however, when I called the transfer provider, they informed me, they did not have any confirmation, although I gave them my confirmation number. I then called Viator back bk and after some research, was advised the transfer company messed up and did not have a driver. I was also advised there were no other transfer companies available.. I did get a full refund, but ii was a little frustrated, as I had to figure out my transfer to and from hotel upon my arrival at my destinations
