Our driver Filmore was fantastic. After arriving at our pre booked hotel downtown Miami to only find that it was boarded up and closed. Ugh!! Filmore waited with my family until other lodging was found for my party of 6. Thank you to Filmore

Our family of 12 arrived at Miami International Airport. Miami Luxury Shuttle proactively reached out several times with the name and number of our driver. Our driver, Andres, also reached out and within minutes showed up where we were. The process was seamless. The vehicle was clean and was able to handle all our luggage. I would highly recommend Miami Luxury Shuttle to anyone traveling to Miami!!

It was well worth the money. We will not travel any other way in the future. Fabio was amazing in knowing the port area of Miami. Kudos! He was also a pleasant driver. Thank you!

The ride to the port of Miami was comfortable and great. Our driver Andres was on time and very courteous.

I scheduled one reservation with this transfer from my hotel to Port in one day: - before the appointment, they sent me a message asking for additional $30 since my hotel wasn’t in the ‘central’ area. I scheduled with them because they didn’t have additional charges like others had; there was no information or charges on cashout process with this. Despite this, the group prioritized comfort and accepted this charge.

I scheduled one reservation with this transfer from my hotel to Port in one day; and a new reservation from Port to Airport one week later. The reservations didn’t have relation between them. The first one had a pickup schedule at 11am. The second one didn’t, it was tied to the ship arrival (MSC World Orchestra), which happens every week around 9am. Two issues occurred: - before 1st reservation, they sent me a message asking for additional $30 since my hotel wasn’t in the ‘central’ area. I scheduled with them because they didn’t have additional charges like others had; there was no information or charges on cashout process with this. Despite this, the group prioritized comfort and accepted this charge; - the company misunderstood the 2nd reservation and assumed that it should have 11am as pickup hour. No scheduled hour was set on this reservation, only the arrival of the ship. No communication was made. All messages sent by me in the chat were ignored from 9am until the end of that day; I opened a complaint with Viator and got the reimbursement.

We asked and pay for three 14pvans so we could put 10 people on each van in order to get all the luggage on. We'll your driver on the first van wouldn't put enough luggage on his van for ten people. He said put it on the second van, We'll she drove up and did the same thing so now we are stuck with 7 people left to ride and over half of our luggage outside. Then and stead of a 14 person van you send a 10 passenger van with all the luggage left. Wow so now that's not enough room. So I had to call a Uber to get them to the port. Sorry but I will never use this company again and I will encourage no one else to use you again!!!!!!!

The driver was polite and a great driver. The vehicle was top-notch. I received the driver’s contact information and was able to confirm the ride well in advance. Well worth the cost for this private ride convenience..

This company was the best I have ever experienced. They kept you informed they were prompt. I couldn’t have asked for anybody better than them. The vehicles were immaculate and the drivers were exceptional. I would highly recommend their service!!! A++
