We arranged service from the cruise ship terminal to Miami International Airport for 10:30 am. We disembarked at 8:00am instead. We called Miami Luxury Transportation and they were able to arrange earlier transportation. The new driver was there within 15 minutes of my call. Such great service. We would use them again.

All customers must communicate with us by phone call or text. If you have any questions, we can provide this information as evidence.

Driver was great on communication with time and location of pickup. Communication is probably the most important factor from the customer perspective, we are in an unknown place and on a time schedule, so having the driver do well on communication with us was very reassuring

I booked a noon pickup in case there were delays with the airline. Everything was on time. so I called to get an early pickup and that was not a problem. The phone customer service was excellent. and the driver, Andres, provided excellent service. Will book again.
