Great experience getting from Port of Miami to airport
Simona was very helpful and communicative, letting us know where to meet our driver. Our driver Roberto was very friendly professional and even accommodated our early arrival. The Mercedes sprinter van is clean and comfortableWould definitely recommend.

Birthday/Sibling Vacation - South Beach
This trip was a special trip. It was to celebrate my birthday and have the first sibling vacation we've ever gone on together. I want to say, Waootours was fantastic! Our driver, Dairo, was amazing. He was on time, he contacted me to let me know he was waiting for us (6 of us) at the airport and where to meet him. He helped with the luggage and with one member of our group that is older and needed additional assistance in an out of the vehicle. BTW, the vehicle was exactly as promised, Mercedes Benz Sprinter van and AC was just right for the heat in Miami. Dairo was friendly, he pointed out different sites as we made our way to South Beach, he ensured we were dropped off just feet from the front door. If I travel to Miami again, I will definitely choose Waootours for my transportation needs.

I would rate this company...
I would rate this company more than 5 stars If I could. They really helped turn a really bad experience into better one. My family and I were all coming from different states to meet up in Miami. 4 of our flights kept getting delayed and eventually canceled. Ended up booking other flights to leave as soon as possible. During this whole time the company monitored the flights and stayed in constant contact with us. The last thing that we needed to be worrying about after already having to worry about still trying to get flights there was transportation from the airport for everyone. They really went above and beyond to not make worrying about transportation another issue since we were already dealing with a lot. Four of our flights and arrival times had changed to later times but this company still made sure to accommodate the new times. I just want to say thank you so much. I rate this company and the experience that they gave us 10 stars and the sprinter van was immaculate.

The best transportation service
It is the best transportation service in Florida. They are very responsible, and the vehicles are new, comfortable, and safe. My group consisted of 42 people, each arriving on different flights, and they coordinated everyone's pickup efficiently and punctually. I also used their transportation to go to and return from the cruise terminal, and everything was excellent. It is a reliable, safe, and super responsible company. Thank you Simona and Yanoxi

Perfect way to start a family vacay!
This was such a great experience! Wonderful commiunication via text prior to arrival. Our driver Yanoxi was early and patiently waited for our party of 7 adults, one teen, and 4 kids aged 5 and under. He had cold water waiting for us on a hot Miami day and got us to Port Miami in prefect time! I definitely recommend to everyone travelling in Miami.

Exceptional Team and Service
Our booking was for a large family group of 16. We booked transfers from a Miami hotel to the cruise port, then from the cruise port to the airport with one couple splitting off to an alternate destination. From the start of the booking process, all the way through the end, the service provided by Simona and the WAOO team has been exceptional. The communications were timely and efficient, pricing provided value for money, drivers were on time, courteous and efficient. Not everything ran smoothly for our group with one traveler being unwell and unable to travel on the assigned day at the end of trip. Simona was so helpful in getting us rescheduled, twice and did it with good humor, grace, and understanding. Thank you Simona and all your team. You do a wonderful job and deserve all the success you have.

Not just a drive to the airport and comeback
The whole experience was excellent, we have to make different stops to pick and drop every family member at their houses, beside the ambiance in the bus and the care of our luggages, also counting that we all were thirsty once we came back from vacation and guess what, Yanoxi has cold water for all my 14 family members, definitely I will for sure use this service again in the future.
