At the last minute I contacted the company stating we were off the ship earlier than anticipated. In spite of the driver still with the earlier client, he arrived 45 minutes before the contracted time. Having my young grandchildren in tow, it was greatly appreciated.

Turned up on time. Good size vehicle to fit all of us with plenty of room. Comfortable and clean. Driver efficient although didn't speak a word to us to even check our destination, however saying that it meant we could chat to ourselves and enjoy the ride.

We were traveling as a party of 9 going from Ft Lauderdale to Port of Miami and then vice versa. Service was wonderful! The company reached out via text first, then the driver called so we could know where to meet. Service was prompt, travel was comfortable and the drivers were very kind! Highly recommend!

The tour company did a good job communicating our pick up time. They also had a quick response time when contacted. We disembarked from the ship earlier then expected, so they able to pick us up sooner than we expected.
