We had a memorable morning with the lovely Caterina who guided us through the local food markets and plied us with local liqueurs, food and a wealth of knowledge. No need for lunch after this!! Couldn’t recommend this more highly and a great way to spend a morning in Bologna
This was a really fun tour! I especially enjoyed watching Michele make the fresh pasta at our first stop at Ramaciotto. It was fun to learn and also tasted delicious. Also learning about balsamic and eating fresh charcuterie in bologna’s oldest wine bar was a fun treat! Our guide was very knowledgeable and kept it really fun!

We all agreed Mattia was one of the best guides we have ever had. We travel a lot and it was so nice to have a guide that was so informative, kind, and who went above and beyond. This was an amazing food tour and a great introduction for us to Bologna! Our guide Caterina was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to have a genuine interest in the gastronomy and history of what she was showing us. The pastries, cheeses, vinegar, wine, meats, and pasta were all delicious. I would definitely recommend taking this tour if you are in Bologna.
