首都フードシティでユニークな料理の冒険に出かけましょう。 熟練した地元の教師の指導の下、本場のラグーを使ったタリアテッレパスタ作りの技術をマスターする仲間の参加者とご一緒しましょう。 モルタデッラ、クレシェンタ、ピニョレットの歓迎の食前酒からスタート。伝統的なボロネーゼのキッチンでお互いを知り、イタリア語の美食を発見するのに最適なアイスブレイクです。 次に、カゾーニ・スプリッツを用意します。カゾーニ・スプリッツは、地元のハーブを使ったユニークなカクテルで、国際的なブランドとは一線を画しています。 では、パスタの生地を機械は使わず、手づくりで作り始めます。転がりピンにエネルギーをもたらすのはあなたです！ 地元で採れた食材を使い、パスタを形を整えて調理します。このパスタは、私たちの家で作ったラグーと完璧にマッチします。 パスタが乾いたら、一緒に調理してラグーと合わせ、すべて地元の赤ワインと一緒に！ 最後に地元のコーヒーとアマロを堪能！ 躊躇なく、食の世界に飛び込んでください！

It was a great experience. Roberta and Vil were amazing and helped us with making the best pasta. Together with homemade Spritz and gelato it was a perfect way of spending the day in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Woooow! What a night!! We had so much fun here! The pasta was amazing, the spritz was the best I’ve had! we made it ourselves, but all the props goes to the the hosts: Luca and Alessandro!!;)) Never have I seen such charismatic, interesting and kind hosts! If you’re re in Bologna, you have to go!! A fantastic meal and a great way to meet new people (by the time you leave: FRIENDS;)) 10/10 experience!
Allessandro and Gabriele were fantastic. They speak english really well. Explanation really clear, and knows really well the details . Ambience was relaxing and fun. Really recommend this activity.
It was so amazing and easy our two guides (Alessandro and Gabriel) where the best and we will definitely come back. We are a family of 5 ages 11 to old!
