We visited both Auschwitz and the salt mines with Travelmine and everything was perfectly arranged down to the smallest detail, the drivers were always super, very friendly, and you even got extra information in perfect English. The communication was always professional too. A recommendation!
I've obviously seen documentaries about Auschwitz but nothing prepares you to literally walk in the footsteps of the millions of people who came here. We overpaid for our trip as we didn't book in advance so my advice is to do just that. But overall it was well paced, well informed. My only issue are disrespectful people taking pictures in areas where you just shouldn't. This place and the people who lost their lives in brutal ways deserve more respect.
We had already booked this tour with two other companies who, the day before, cancelled on us. We found TravelMine through FB and was a little cautious at first as we didn't want the same to happen again. TravelMine were amazing from start to finish. Pickup on time, driver was very polite, the tour was very informative and the guide was excellent. I would certainly recommend TravelMine for any and all tours while there. Definitely worth the money and time.

Travelmine provided our transfers to and from the airport, as well as the tours to Auschwitz and Birkenau and to the Wieliczka salt mines. We were very impressed with the employees of Travelmine. We booked a last-minute tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau in August 2026, and everything was perfect. The pick-up was exactly on time, and the driver was reliable, friendly, and provided us with plenty of useful information throughout the journey. Upon arrival, we received full support while waiting for the official guide before entering the site and for the transfer to Birkenau. Highly recommended!

We used Travelmine for all our trips in Krakow, which also included the Salt Mines and Zakopane with the thermal spa. They were fantastic, starting with communication, they answered any questions I had promptly through WhatsApp, messaged the evening before trips to confirm everything and they arrived on the dot at our hotel to pick us up the next day. The drivers were all really nice and kind people who went out of their way to make sure we all had a good experience. Highly recommend this company, five star service, brilliant.

After Get Your Guide had cancelled the excursion one day in advance (that was not nice!) we contacted Travelmine. What a nice and good contact, via the app, clear and fast. Logically, an apology on the scheduled day was no longer possible but they have offered us many other possibilities. In the end we were able to make a nice trip. The driver picked us up on time at the campsite and Anna, the guide, was able to tell us a lot. In short, Travelmine is highly recommended.
