Picked up from meeting point and taken to the tour at 9.45. It was well put together and had the option to have lunch included (which I would highly recommend). Also take water with you due to the walking (it was a very hot the day when I went) as there are not many facilities. But the tour guide was amazing, informative and knowledgeable. It’s a very important experience that will stay with you long after you are dropped back off.

It’s wonderful to know that your guide was amazing, informative and highly knowledgeable 📚🕯️❤️. Having a guide who can explain the history clearly and respectfully makes such an important visit even more meaningful.
Thank you as well for mentioning the amount of walking involved, especially on a hot day. Comfortable footwear and bringing water are definitely important when preparing for the visit 🚶♂️👟💧
We’re especially glad that the experience stayed with you long after the tour ended. Auschwitz-Birkenau is a deeply important place of remembrance and reflection, and we truly appreciate you sharing how meaningful the visit was for you 🙏❤️

A Sobering Experience
Standing in Auschwitz was sobering in a way nothing I'd read or watched had prepared me for. Our guide was exceptional: deeply knowledgeable, respectful, and careful with every word. The history was told with the weight it deserves, and it's something I'll carry with me for the rest of my life. If you're in Kraków, go. All other tours are just that, tours.🕯️

Thank you so much for sharing such a powerful and deeply thoughtful review 🙏🕯️❤️
We completely understand what you mean. Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau in person can have an impact that books, photographs and documentaries simply cannot fully prepare you for. Standing in the place where these events happened makes the history feel immediate, real and profoundly difficult to comprehend.
We’re especially grateful for your kind words about your guide. It means a great deal to hear that the history was presented with such knowledge, sensitivity and respect, and with the seriousness that this place deserves 📚🕯️🙏
Your words about carrying the experience with you for the rest of your life are incredibly meaningful. Remembering the victims and continuing to learn from this history is exactly why visits like this remain so important ❤️
Thank you once again for recommending us. If you ever find yourself back in Krakow, we would be thrilled to welcome you again. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly—we’d love to help make your next visit just as memorable! 🩷🤩✈️🌍

Auschwitz-Birkenau tour
It was an early start but our driver contacted me the day before to ensure I had the times and offered a packed lunch (as no cafes on site). We decided to buy our own snacks - I would recommend this as it is so early you only need that, especially as your back just after 12.30pm.
The guide in Auschwitz was brilliant and keeps the group moving. The two hour tour goes in a flash with little time to reflect so be prepared- lots to see and take in.
The visit to Birkenau was excellent and emotional- the size of the place ! The guide was really knowledgeable throughout and provided time to ask questions whilst pointing out areas of interest.
It’s a hard day not only mentally but physically too, so if you have walking difficulties going up and down stairs be warned especially in Auschwitz. birkenau was more like a flat 2km walk with stops .
A truly inspiring and thought provoking g experience.
I would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review 🌟🙏
We’re very pleased to hear that the communication before the tour was clear and that your driver made sure you had all the necessary pickup information in advance 📱⏰🚐. Early starts can certainly feel demanding, so good preparation makes a big difference.
It’s wonderful to know that you found the guide at Auschwitz brilliant, knowledgeable and well organised throughout the visit 📚🕯️. As you mentioned, there is a huge amount to see and absorb in a relatively short time, and the pace can sometimes feel quick because the official Museum groups follow a set route and timetable. We completely understand your point about having limited time for reflection.
We’re also glad that the Birkenau section made such a strong impression on you. The scale of the site is difficult to fully understand until you are there in person, and having time to ask questions and learn about different areas can make the experience even more meaningful ❤️🙏.
Thank you as well for highlighting the physical side of the visit. There is a considerable amount of walking, stairs and uneven ground, particularly at Auschwitz, so visitors with mobility difficulties should take this into account when planning their day 🚶♂️👟.
We’re very grateful that, despite the emotional and physical demands, you found the experience inspiring, thought-provoking and worthy of such a strong recommendation 🕯️❤️✨

Historical
The driver, Igor was on the spot and helpful for us to get picked up. The guide was very understanding and informative. I wish the second half of the tour included head set so we could hear better. The entire experience was great but heartbreaking.

We’re very pleased to hear that Igor was right on time and helpful with your pickup 🚐⏰👏. We’ll be very happy to pass your kind words on to him.
It’s also wonderful to know that you found the guide understanding, informative and respectful throughout such an emotional visit 📚❤️.
We completely understand your comment about the second part of the tour. Depending on the Museum’s arrangements, headset equipment may not always be available at Birkenau, and this can sometimes make it more difficult to hear every detail clearly. We appreciate you mentioning this, as it is an important part of the visitor experience.
Auschwitz-Birkenau is indeed a heartbreaking place to visit, but also an incredibly important one. We’re glad that despite the emotional weight of the day, you still felt the overall experience was a great one 🙏🕯️❤️
