イベント全体の所要時間は約7時間です。 07:00～10:00の間に宿泊先から直接お迎えにあがります（お迎え時間が確定します ） 。 ミーティングはホテルのフロントか、アパートの入り口近くの屋外のいずれかで行います。 参加者全員を集めてすぐ、約1時間15分でアウシュヴィッツに到着します。
アウシュビッツとビルケナウ博物館の英語ガイドツアーは、 博物館のガイド が案内します。 （ヘッドフォン付き）収容所見学は、約3,5時間で、2つのナチス収容所＆アウシュヴィッツとビルケナウの観光で構成されています。
最初のキャンプ訪問から15分ほどの短い休憩の後、ツアーの第2部、ビルケナウ（アウシュヴィッツII）へご案内します。 これはナチスの強制収容所と絶滅施設の中で最大の区画であり、ヨーロッパのユダヤ人の大量絶滅を実行する目的で作られた。 ガイドは、親衛隊司令官ハインリヒ・ヒムラーの命令で1941年に建てられたブレジンカ（ビルケナウ）を移動しながらツアーを続けます。 収容所は、凄惨で非人道的な条件下で、最大9万人を投獄するために設計された。 訪問では、囚人の悲惨な物語、到着時の残酷な選別、ヨーゼフ・メンゲレを含むナチスの医師による非人間的な医学実験について学びます。 このツアーでは、1945年1月27日、第1ウクライナ戦線第60軍の兵士によるアウシュビッツの解放―残された捕虜たちの想像を絶する苦しみの終焉を告げた瞬間―についても取り上げている。

Auschwitz was amazing from start to finish. I went with my son 9 and he absolutely loved it, the guide didnt try and give us too much information amd we had time to look, read and learn for ourselves which really helped my son. Birkenhau however was a little bit of a let down, we went 10 years ago and the chambers and lots more things were open to visitors, this time we went inside 1 building and the rest could have been seen from Google maps. Good job it was only 40 minutes, still learnt quite a bit but the wow factor just wasn't there.

Access to particular buildings, ruins and areas of the site can change over time, and the route followed during guided visits is determined directly by the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum. Unfortunately, tour operators are not able to decide which buildings are open or which areas the Museum guide is permitted to include. We completely understand why returning after many years and finding fewer areas accessible could make the experience feel less comprehensive. We do appreciate that you still learned a lot during the Birkenau portion, even though it did not have the same impact you remembered from your previous visit 🕯️❤️. Amazing and sobering experience, we got picked up at 6am which was very early but because it was a heatwave, we understood this was a practical measure. Our driver Sawek was polite and courteous and provided a tasty lunch. Would recommend to anyone visiting Krakow, an essential experience. 5 Star!

Very easy to book - loads of 5 star reviews. Tour operator contacted me via WhatsApp for all family member names to purchase tickets a week plus in advance. Day before, contacted me with pick up time. Morning of sent message saying outside hotel! Super friendly and cordial driver hand off to guide upon arrival. All of it was fantastic
