We booked the tour a week ago, Igor contacted us yesterday to say what time he was picking us up from the hotel between 6.45- 07.00 and asked if we required a packed lunch, which we didn’t We had a early start at 6.45 and Igor was there on time in a very clean Mercedes minivan 6 persons, Igor explained what the itinerary for the day, we thought Igor was just the driver however on arriving at Auschwitz he explained that he was the tour guide for the day, .
Igor is a very experienced and very knowledgeable person explaining everything from start to finish in the museum rooms and around the grounds of Auschwitz we were not rushed in any way and on completion we had a 20min break before we went to Auschwitz 2 , again Igor explained everything and again not rushed. On completion he then drove the 6 passengers off back to their own hotels,
We could not have asked for a better tour and guide this was a great experience and good value for money.

We’re delighted to hear that everything was organised so smoothly from the very beginning, from Igor contacting you the day before with the pickup details to arriving right on time in a clean and comfortable Mercedes minivan 🚐⏰✨
It’s especially wonderful to hear how highly you rated Igor throughout the entire day 👏📚. We’re very pleased that his experience, knowledge and clear explanations helped you understand so much more about Auschwitz-Birkenau, and that you never felt rushed during either part of the visit 🕯️❤️
We’re also glad that the itinerary was explained clearly, the break between Auschwitz I and Birkenau was useful, and that the return journey back to each hotel was handled smoothly and professionally ✅🏨
Your words about the tour being a great experience and excellent value for money mean a great deal to us. We’ll be very happy to pass your appreciation on to Igor 🙏✨

Really good but sad experience. You can't imagine what they went through. And I think it's important to learn about it. Tour guide was really good. But I felt it was rushed.
We will definitely be visiting again but without a tour guide.
Our driver was good too.

Thank you very much for sharing such thoughtful feedback 🙏🕯️
We completely understand what you mean. Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau can be an incredibly sad and difficult experience, but also an important opportunity to learn, reflect and better understand what the victims endured ❤️📚.
We’re pleased to hear that you found both your guide and driver good, and that the visit left such a strong impression on you 🚐👏✨.
We also appreciate your comment about the tour feeling rushed. The official Museum tours follow a set route and timetable, especially during busy periods, so the pace can sometimes feel faster than visitors would ideally prefer. We completely understand why you may want to return independently in the future to spend more time reflecting at your own pace.
Thank you again for choosing to travel with us and for sharing your honest experience 🙏❤️

A trip well worth taking
We had an early tour ( hotel pickup at 6.30am) so as to miss the crowds. The minibus was spotless with a very competent driver (unfortunately he didn't speak much so it was a quiet trip).
The guide at Auschwitz and Birkenau was excellent, quite a lot of walking at Birkenau.

We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your visit and that the early pickup helped you arrive before the busiest part of the day 🚐⏰💛. Starting early is often the best way to make the experience more comfortable, especially during the busy season.
It’s wonderful to know that you found the minibus spotless and your driver professional 👏🚐. We’re also very pleased that your Museum guide provided an excellent tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum and Auschwitz II-Birkenau 🕯️📚🎧.
Thank you for mentioning the amount of walking at Birkenau 👟. It’s a vast historical site, and comfortable footwear is definitely recommended for future visitors.

Well organised trip - powerful experience
Everything went very smoothly from booking through to pick up, our driver Igor communicated all the details well. Our guide at the museum was excellent and our transfer journey home was fine. The museum itself was powerful, somber and heartbreaking. An experience that will stay with me always.
