[English] We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The agency picked us up exactly at 1:00 PM at the agreed location, and everything was perfectly organized. The van was very comfortable, spacious, and had good air conditioning. Both the driver and the tour assistant were extremely kind, attentive, and always concerned about our comfort. We never felt crowded, and the journey itself was very pleasant and relaxed. The highlight of the experience was definitely the visit itself. When we arrived, we didn’t have to wait in any lines, and our guide was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely attentive, clearly passionate about what he does, and spoke impeccable English. His explanations were detailed, sensitive, and engaging. He managed to make us truly understand and feel the history of the place in a way that would have been impossible on our own. After the tour, everything was once again perfectly organized, and we were taken back to the same location where we had been picked up. I highly recommend this experience and the agency. A agência nos buscou pontualmente às 13h no local combinado, e tudo foi perfeitamente organizado. A van era muito confortável, espaçosa e com o ar-condicionado funcionando muito bem. Tanto o motorista quanto a acompanhante do passeio foram extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos e preocupados com o nosso conforto durante todo o trajeto. Não fomos apertados e o deslocamento foi muito tranquilo e agradável. O grande ponto alto da experiência foi, sem dúvida, a visita. Ao chegarmos, não pegamos nenhuma fila, e o nosso guia foi simplesmente excepcional. Extremamente atencioso, claramente apaixonado pelo que faz e com um inglês impecável. As explicações foram completas, sensíveis e envolventes. Ele conseguiu fazer com que realmente entendêssemos e vivêssemos a história daquele lugar de uma forma que dificilmente seria possível fazendo a visita por conta própria. Após o passeio, tudo continuou muito bem organizado e fomos levados de volta exatamente ao local onde havíamos sido buscados. Recomendo muitíssimo tanto o passeio quanto a agência. A experiência superou nossas expectativas. Nota 10/10. Vale muito a pena.

The Auschwitz tour was very informative, and we were picked up and dropped off as planned. The company however weren’t the best, we booked the 7am slot as this allowed us to get back to Krakow a few hours before our flight to explore more and this was confirmed with the owner of the company on the Thursday as well as being offered the 6am booking (he did mainly call me to ask if I would cancel my Viator booking and pay cash to them directly which was odd). By Sunday I had a phone call saying they only had tickets for the 3pm tour which then changed to the 1pm tour when I complained that wouldn’t be suitable as we needed to be at the airport for 6pm. They said they were doing us a favour as a lot of people don’t like be early tour, but we had booked that slot for a reason. I did manage to get a partial refund however it was not enough to cover the transfer to the airport we had to cancel or the extra we paid for a late checkout of our accommodation that we then didn’t need. Overall, I would recommend booking an Auschwitz tour however I would suggest using another company.

Recently returned from a lovely weekend in Krakow. We booked an Auschwitz-Birkenau tour months before our arrival but received a message 2 days before cancelling! A friend recommended 4Travellers who were able to accommodate us although more expensive but worth it as we had private transfers for our party of 7. They also provided a car seat for our 5 month old granddaughter. Great communication throughout and we didn’t have to pay until the day. Alex (our driver) was great. Nothing was too much trouble (even waiting for baby to be fed and changed!). Also offering to provide a packed lunch for a reasonable price (60 zloty each). Would thoroughly recommend.

Loved the sensitive tour of a difficult area. Kacper looked out for us from the minute of pick up to when we were dropped off. One of our travel companions got lost and Kacper was able to mobilize the team to get them back with us and made sure all was okay that is stressful in a tour guy and he handled it so well. I’d highly recommend this group.

Even though this tour was intense and heartbreaking, it was very well organized and our driver Max, was amazing. He texted me the day before to confirm my pickup and was so helpful throughout the day. It was raining all day but we felt safe and taken care throughout the drive and tour. I highly recommend them!

Pick up at the hotel , rigth on time, all the contacts were professional and friendly. Very good cars and drivers. I hardly recommand.

Max was wonderful and really friendly. We really enjoyed our ride, he took care of us really well. Also, the tour in the museum was really interesting and well explained. Length of visit was quite good, maybe the auschiwtz guide a little fast, we were lost at some points. Overall, fantastic visit.

We did the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour and it was amazing. Our guide was so knowledgeable and respectful, explaining everything with a lot of care. It's a tough place to visit, but she made it a really meaningful experience. Our driver was great too, very punctual and made everything easy for us. Overall a really well organized tour. Our experience was great from the moment we were picked up u till our drop off back at the hotel. Max was our driver and he was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and accommodating for the whole group which made the experience so much more enjoyable. Our actual tour was great aswell, our guide was very clear and we learnt so much about Auschwitz that we wouldn’t have known had we just done the ticket where we walked around the groups ourselves. I Would 100% recommend this tour and transfer action to anyone looking to visit Auschwitz.
