It’s one thing to read about the horrors of the concentration camp in textbooks and to see it in movies, but it’s such an intense experience in person. There were moments I had to take a few deep breaths outside the barracks. This is essentially a six-ish hour event because it takes about 1.5 hrs to get to Auschwitz from Krakow. The hotel pick-up is super convenient. Bring water, comfortable shoes, and a water bottle! I’d consider bringing a snack as well. Our guide was fantastic. You’ll receive a headset to better hear the guide as there will be multiple tour groups there. I highly recommend this tour!

Excellent driver Lucayo kept us perfectly on time for everything on the day. Guide was very good giving full information whilst striking the right note on the sensitive areas.

The tour was amazing, and Jan the driver was also incredible! My hostel is on a street cars couldn’t drive on, so he walked to meet up with me to make sure I found the right van. The whole process was very efficient and I couldn’t recommend this tour enough!

I had Igor as a guide for my tour and could not fault it at all! Even before the tour started, the communication for pick up time and plan was great! Once collected Igor was welcoming and told us the plan for the day, leaving no confusion! The tour was fantastic and was obvious he loved his job and had a wealth of knowledge and passion on the subject. The day lasted 2pm - 8.30pm from the door to door of my hotel. Which was super convenient! I would highly recommend and would book through then again for another tours for sure!! Thanks for making the experience of what is a very emotional tour, enjoyable and easy!

A sobering experience but it was well organized and communication was mostly good. It would have been helpful to know at the point of booking that the time slot could change a lot (picked 10am but didn't go into 1:00pm).

Ok - struggled a bit with steps without handrails. But Krystian (Driver) was good and understanding

Tomek picked us sharp on time, was giving info along the way and drove very safe. He communicated the plan very well. The tour itself is a must for evey human being, def heard stories which I did not before. Highly recommend them
