Daniel picked us up on time and was very good, provided lunch and made everything clear on the plan for the day. The tour was everything one would expect for such a terrible period of history and the guide was incredible and made it an even more emotional experience. More people should come to remember what can happen when you allow intolerance, lies and hate to dominate in our politics and allow unfit leaders power. We need this reminder more now than ever and this trip made it more real and the terrible than I had imagined.

He clearly explained all the details about where and when to meet, and even walked us right to our guide so we wouldn't get lost. Perfect service!

Our experience with this company was fantastic from beginning to end. From point of booking the communication was perfect. They planned every step very well. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel by driver, Peter, who was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He drove very safely and transporter was clean and comfortable. Our guide Magda was very professional also and the tour was fascinating although very sad. Lots of walking involved on dirt road so be sure to wear appropriate footwear! I would highly recommend this company for your excursion.

This was a moving experience that will stay with us all our lives. Our driver, Stas, was friendly, informative and courteous. The tour was organised, respectful and dignified, and our guide knew everything about Auschwitz, as his grandfather was a victim. Highly recommended.

The price was really reasonable. There was an option to add lunch, but we didn't take that up. ​Our driver, Tomek, was very friendly and pointed out a lot of interesting places during the drive. The tour itself was very interesting and very sad, but a must-do if you are visiting Krakow. The whole day was really well-paced, and we learned a lot. ​I would say if you struggle with walking, please keep that in mind—there is uneven ground, and it can be quite difficult. However, for the two of us, it was completely fine. ​The company was great at keeping us updated before we went. They pre-warned us to wear appropriate clothing and gave us a heads-up about the walking involved. ​We went during the peak summer season, so it was busy, but the tour was well-spaced out. We had no issues hearing or seeing everything. You get a small headset, and your guide uses a microphone, which is super helpful! Just make sure not to wander too far from your guide, or the audio connection gets a bit spotty. The timings were really good. But if you want to read some of the signs in the site do take photos of them as it may be hard to concentrate when listening to the guide. ​Thank you for a very interesting and impactful day.
