ツアーはクラクフからの送迎から始まります。ご指定のホテルまたはご希望の集合場所からの送迎となります。 アウシュヴィッツ＝ビルケナウ博物館はオスヴィーツィムにあり、約 1 時間 15 分 (65 km) の距離にある。 当社のすべてのドライバーは、旅客輸送に必要なEU認証を取得しています。 フレンドリーで英語を話すグループリーダーが、必要に応じていつでもサポートいたします。 オスヴィエツィム到着後、コーヒーを飲んだり、屋外展示物を探索したりするための短い休憩があります。 その後、アウシュビッツ・ビルケナウ博物館の認可を受けたプロの現地ガイドを紹介します。

最初のキャンプを見学した後、最大15分間の小休憩があります。 続いて、ツアーの第2部、ビルケナウ（アウシュヴィッツII）へご案内します。 最大の収容所であるビルケナウは、ヨーロッパを「ユダヤライン」（ユダヤ人のいない場所）にすることを唯一の目的として建設・運営された。 ブジェジンカ村にあるビルケナウで、ガイドが迫力ある語りを続けます。 1941年に親衛隊司令官ハインリヒ・ヒムラーの命令で建設されたこの収容所には、約9万人の捕虜を収容することができた。 残酷な生活環境、残酷な淘汰過程、ヨーゼフ・メンゲレをはじめとするナチスの医師たちによる疑似科学医学実験など、悲惨な証言が聞こえてくるだろう。
ツアーの最後には、急ぐことはありません。 短い休憩時間に、ただ休憩するだけです。 さらに約1時間15分の移動の後、クラクフの指定された住所に移動します。

Bob was excellent, explained things very well, made sure everyone was comfortable and was a perfect guide. He handled the very somber topic matter with the appropriate balance of gravity and the occasional joke during breaks which was great to ease the mood while maintaining respect for the subject. 10/10!
The camp and museum tour was an incredibly impactful experience, I’m very glad we did it with a guide who had a thorough knowledge of the history and let us know what to expect in each portion. Bob did an excellent job to ensure everyone in the group understood the importance of the subject matter and we were very lucky to have him lead our group.

The Krakow Direct tour was extremely well organised with helpful additions such as a WhatsApp group for the tour to ensure timings and information were easily accessible. The group size was small and this was much more efficient than the large bus parties we saw. Our guide ‘Walker’ was extremely good and gave us a comprehensive tour with lots of interesting facts. I had an issue with my booking, not the fault of the company, and they resolved it very swiftly. Don’t hesitate to book with them.
My partner and i did the Auschwitz / Birkenau tour with Krystian on 22/06/26. Everything ran like clockwork from the start to the end. On time pick up, meeting points and times etc. Krystian is a fantastic host with a great sense of humour and a friendly manner. We had a disabled person in our group which required a wheelchair around the tour. Kristian facilitated and accommodated his needs very well. Although the subject of the tour is very sad Kristian made it a great experience! Please give him a payrise and make him a director of your tour company as he represents you so well! 😉 We would definitely book with you again and recommend you to others for sure! We booked a last minute tour with KrakowDirect as we couldn't get tickets directly. It ended up being a better option as it included the journey to both Auschwitz and Birkenau, and a smooth transition throughout the whole experience. Our guide, Bob, was wonderful. Very insightful and we learnt so much from him. Furthermore, he gave really good recommendations after for good food in Krakow! Highly recommended.
Peter, our driver was very helpful and informative. Our tour guide kept repeating herself and it meant we explored less of the area. If she had been informed that we had an understanding of the history because we had watched a documentary on the bus ride up. I feel we would have been able to explore and visit more
The whole day was brilliant. Witcher (or Piotr) was really good. Communication was excellent and clear all day from start to finish. The guide booked for the sites was top class as well. Would thoroughly recommend this tour. The only thing was we booked for the 7am tour, so were a little shocked to find out our pick up time was 5.35. As it worked out, that was probably a blessing, as it was a boiling hot day and we got there and started the tour when there were fewest people around, slightly cooler, and we were back in Krakow earlier.
