Fantastic start to finish. My driver Zibi, was so lovely! I’m solo travelling and he made me free so comfortable. The tour itself was so informative. I don’t remember the tour guides name but we were in the yellow group, start time of 12:50. I would highly recommend visiting and learning about the horrific events that occurred 80 years ago.
This was a very well-managed and well-delivered trip. The minibus picked us up directly outside our accommodation, and the driver was friendly and helpful. Our guide was amazing. He delivered such an important message and shared the history and information with the respect and dignity it deserved. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative and helpful throughout the trip. The atrocities that occurred here should never be forgotten, and it was a very moving and important experience. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area.

The tour was conducted in a very organized manner, all tickets were included, and it went smoothly. The only drawback was that the tour went through both museum sections very quickly and you didn't have the opportunity to look at the exhibits and signs for longer.

We highly recommend this company for anyone visiting Auschwitz from Krakow. The organization from the moment we arrived in the city was top-notch—we immediately received a message confirming a 6:55 AM pickup for the following morning. The driver arrived on time, and after picking up two more couples, we arrived at the museum well ahead of our tour. The itinerary is very well thought out: after the first part of the tour, we returned to the minibus where our driver was waiting with our pre-ordered packed lunches (which was delicious). We were then driven to Birkenau to finish the guided tour before a comfortable ride back to our hotel. A completely hassle-free, professional experience. We would definitely use them again!

Picked up from apartment , even though it was earlier than planned but emailed the day before , got also opportunity to get packed lunch, which was well worth the money. Very emotional day, but glad that I went and saw it for myself, will stay with me forever.
