旅は快適な8人乗りミニバンで便利なホテルピックアップから始まります。 英語を話せるドライバーが、宿泊先から直接お客様をお迎えし、アウシュヴィッツ・ビルケナウ記念館や博物館までお送りしますので、お客様はリラックスして体験に集中していただけます。 博物館の入場スケジュール に合わせるため、ピックアップ時間は異なる場合があります。ピックアップ時間は午前5:30から午後2:00の間でいつでもスケジュールできます。正確なピックアップの詳細はツアー前にお知らせします。 アウシュヴィッツ I とアウシュヴィッツ II-ビルケナウでは、保存されている収容所の敷地を探索したり、オリジナルの兵舎や展示を見たり、歴史的な鉄道線路を歩いたり、ホロコーストでここに収監された人々の生活について学ぶことができます。 この体験は、信頼できる交通手段、ドア・ツー・ドアサービス、英語を話せるドライバーの利便性を兼ね備えており、この記念サイトの重要性について考える時間を確保しながら、できるだけスムーズでストレスのない訪問を実現します。

ドライバーがホテル（またはクラクフの任意の住所）からお客様をピックアップし、博物館までお連れします
美術館に到着後、15分間の休憩の後、ガイドと一緒に入館し、身分証明書をチェックする警備員がいます。
最初の1部の後、15分間の休憩の後、当社のドライバーが次のアウシュビッツ・ビルケナウツアーにご案内します。ガイドと一緒に1時間のツアーを行います。
ツアー終了後、ドライバーがお客様のホテルまたはクラクフ市内の別の場所へご案内します。

Our guide Magda was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient in communicating the most important parts of the Auschwitz sites. She set a good, manageable pace and allowed for questions and comments. Our driver Eugene was prompt, a wealth of knowledge, friendly and a safe driver.

Coming to this place is my main reason for visiting Poland. It is a controlled tour which must be guided by a guide inorder to keep the place from being over crowded. Very fortunate to have Eugene as our driver-cum-guide as he is a good narrator and made the tour well conducted & enjoyable.
