We had Eugene as guide and driver. He was very passionate about the past of Auschwitz and Birkenau. The 2nd tour was slightly shortened due to the heat protocol that day.
Dank je wel voor je feedback. Fijn dat Eugene zo gepassioneerd heeft verteld. Jammer dat de tweede tour ingekort moest worden door het hitteprotocol, maar veiligheid gaat voor. We waarderen je begrip en hopen dat je alsnog een waardevol bezoek had.
Eugene picked us up from our hotel early morning the drive to Auschwitz. Eugene took us round on the tour and was very knowledgeable guide the tour lasted about 90 mins. We then went onto Birkenau Eugene again took us around the site very knowledgeable guide.

It was a very valuable experience. Everything went smooth and well-organized, many thanks to our guide Eugene. He is a good story-teller and he knew how to tell all the facts in the way that the story of this place will leave a lasting impression on you. In my opinion, everyone should at least once in a life visit this place to know how cruel could people be with other people.

Nice guides. Very good arrangement. I traveled alone without pick-up from a hotel when I had my own car. Travel company called to confirm all the details with me so that I showed where I was going and had good control. Really recommend using these!

I travelled with Mat. He was a very good driver and spoke english very well. Experience was nice and he was on Time when The pick-up Time was from The hotel. Everything went well Even I bought The tickets on last minute (only a Day before The trip). There was Also an option to choose a homemade lunch box, but I didn't take it. 5 stars for Mat.
