Pick up to drop off, our driver was well informed and ensured we knew what to do at each stage and brought us safely back to our hotel we would certainly recommend.

Well organised
Slavo collected us from our hotel on time, explained to us how the day would work including timings. He organised a packed lunch for us. Very friendly and drove us safely.

Seamless end to end support.
I had planned a trip to Kraków with my four adult children (all boys) and one of the most important parts of our visit was going to Auschwitz.
Slavo was an amazing host and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. He collected us promptly, arranged a fantastic lunch, and provided excellent support and guidance throughout the day.
Visiting Auschwitz is an incredibly humbling and moving experience, and I would highly recommend making the visit. I would also wholeheartedly recommend Slavo and his company, their professionalism, care, and attention to detail made an important day run as smooth as possible.
A truly excellent experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

Awesome tour
Tour was amazing !!! Driver was very nice and happy and the tour guide was very very good !! She explained everything in a way that you could feel what happened there but with a lot of empathy and respect !!! Love this tour !!!

I chose Viator to organise my visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau with my son, to make the experience and the logistics of the visit as smooth as possible.
The tour covers two sites, and I didn’t want to have to arrange transport between them myself.
I was pleased with the service. I thought it was well organised.
Slavo contacted me via WhatsApp the day before the tour to arrange the pick-up. As an added bonus, he offered us a packed lunch for 12 euros if required. He came to collect us from the hotel; he was punctual and the minibus was comfortable. We shared the minibus with six other people; it was interesting to chat with other tourists on this very special tour. Slavo was professional, polite and provided us with all the information we needed. I recommend this service.

Highly recommended tour
Highly recommend this tour. Our driver picked us up from our location in the morning. The driver also arranged for our lunch since it is a seven hour tour. This tour was great because we didn’t have to worry about buying tickets or worrying about bus schedules, everything was done for us.

This company were very easy to deal woth from start to finish. They contacted me the day before to tell me the pick up time and collected me from my hotel. The driver, Slavo, also contacted me the day before via WhatsApp to confirm the pick up time and also asked if we would like a packed lunch. This was a great idea and we are glad we availed of this as there is nowhere to go to eat between the two camps/tours and it is a long day. The company organises transport, tickets and a guide for you. The guide is supplied by Auschitz itself and they are assigned to your group, we had Oskar, he was excellent. Overall I would recommend this company to organise your trip to Auschitz-Birkenau.
