Perfect experience. The owner of the company picked us up himself at 5:50 am, that should tell you about the type of company this is. Everything was well organized and the guide was amazing. Pawel (the owner) speaks amazing English and is down for a talk during the ride to the museum. He can tell you everything there is to know about Auschwitz and Krakau as he is a local. No complaints at all I strongly recommend you book your trip to Auschwitz with Pawel.
The trip and experience were Wonderful, Pawell is a great tour guide and he explains you and he explained to me in detail very interesting topics about the culture in Poland, which other tour guides do not do.
