This was a wonderful tour! The young woman that was our tour guide was amazing! I wish I could remember her name. She was very knowledgeable!
Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We're delighted to hear that you had such a great experience and that your guide made the tour so memorable with her knowledge and enthusiasm. We'll be sure to share your kind words with our Madrid team. We hope to welcome you again on another tour!
Our guide was excellent. She spoke clearly & gave us a good amount of information without overwhelming us with too much historical information
We loved this tour, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and nice, highly recommended, sadly I don’t remember our tour guide’s name but she was amazing
We got lost and couldn’t find our tour. We started asking for help at 9:45AM through the Viatour app, but got no response. The tour leader said she tried to call me, but I have no record of that in my phone log. At 10:02 AM I got a message that that we had missed our tour. My advice: Do not book with these people. If you have trouble finding the location you’ll get no help.
Great tour , good value for money. If you wish to eacapa long lines and cues to enter the royal palace this is a great way to do it Knowledgeable guide
Thank you very much for your kind review 😊 We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the tour and found it good value for money. Skip-the-line access and a knowledgeable guide truly make a difference when visiting the Royal Palace of Madrid. Thank you for recommending the experience, and we hope to welcome you again soon!
Taking the app on the iPhone easier to find the guide we had to look a little but it was.
The guide was not at the meeting point, tickets would not download and I was unable to contact anyone via the live chat for help on vistar because the request kept saying that the email format was incorrect. Kind of ruined the morning.
Hello Robert, I'm really sorry to hear about this. We'll check this situation with our team since we are always available to help our customers through the phone. Thank you to share your feedback with us. Tomas - Tours for Today
Informative and perfect length to the tour. Loved that they had ear pieces so you could hear the guide.
Thank you for your feedback 😊 We’re glad you found the tour informative and well paced, and that the audio system helped you enjoy the explanations comfortably. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to see you again soon!
Organized tour, good headsets. Our guide was a lovely young woman but it was hard to understand her. Well intentioned but most of us resorted to reading the English signs. Sorry
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad the overall organization met your expectations. We’re sorry the explanations weren’t as clear as they should have been. We understand how important it is to follow the guide comfortably, especially on a visit like this, and we’ll use your comments to reinforce clarity and communication standards with our team. Kind regards, Tours For Today
Carlos was very professional and added humor to his tour. The palace tour is a must. It is so beautiful. Although I would have liked to stay and see things for an extended time, I’d much rather hear of the historical detail than look at something beautiful with no idea what I’m looking at. Free audio guides aren’t the same as a live tour guide. Also the skip the line tickets were great.
