Michele was amazing! Not only did we learn some of the history of Madrid on our tour, but he was fantastic at giving suggestions to get us off the beaten path to have more authentic cultural experiences, food, etc. The tour entertaining and informative and we greatly appreciated all his suggestions and help, even help us book an amazing flamenco show and suggestions of restaurants in Toledo! Highly recommend and well worth it!

Excellent tour! My guide was Javier. He makes the tour very entertaining and fun. You learn a lot about the city, and he also gives culinary advice and information you need to know.
During my visit to Madrid in July 2025, I spent some time at Plaza Mayor and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The square is spacious, surrounded by beautiful old buildings and arches, and feels like a step back in time while still being very lively. There are plenty of cafés and small shops around, making it easy to sit down and watch the world go by. It’s completely free to enter and works well for a short stop of 30–60 minutes. It can get quite crowded during peak hours, but that also adds to the energy of the place. It’s good for photography, especially in the early morning or late afternoon light. Families with kids can also enjoy walking around, though it’s worth keeping an eye on belongings in busy times.
Chato is one of the best guides we have had on a tour, a person who is totally recommendable! Deep and calm voice, very attentive and helpful. We give it a 13!
