I arrived to the meeting place couldn’t find anyone. Nobody text me or tried to reach out to find me. I then text the tour company to catch up to them they refused by telling me they didn’t have communication with the guide. I then asked for my ticket to go to the places on my own they again refused. To top it off they lied about the royal palace being closed because I went on my own bought my ticket and toured the palace myself Very inconsiderate lying company. I do not recommend

David was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject material. He handled a large group with his personable and gracious style. Would definitely book with him again. *** The only draw back is the Prado is not nearly long enough and your ticket is not good for later entrance the same day.

We had a wonderful tour with Abraham. He was very knowledgeable in our viewing of paintings at the Prado. He was entertaining and informative. Even though we did not get to tour the Royal Palace (because Macron is visiting!), he provided very helpful information on the royal family in Madrid.

I booked this tour specifically for access to the Royal Palace. We were only informed at the meeting point that the site was closed to the public, with the explanation that prior notification was only provided to those who purchased tickets before the 24th. Furthermore, our guide, Alfonso, moved through the museum at an hurried pace, bypassing several rooms. When it began to rain, we had to insist on a brief stop to purchase umbrellas, and the guide was resistant to pausing at Puerta del Sol, forcing me to leave the group to take a photograph. I am extremely dissatisfied, particularly as I declined a more comprehensive tour to prioritize palace access, only to be denied entry. Apparently several attractions are closed on Mondays which you don't advertise. I am formally requesting a refund.

Fair amount of walking on flat terrain, reasonable pace, very informative, four hours in duration. A dozen of the Prado’s highlights examined and discussed over 90 minutes. Very worthwhile, my final cost was $260 for two of us which I thought was a bit steep for a group of 18 people.
