Guide was extremely knowledgeable of topic and offered great tour. Would definitely recommend! Do the armory as well, very cool collection.
No one contacted me. I never went on the tour. I couldn't meet the group. Thanks for not even trying to help me reschedule.
It was a very quick yet informative glance into the Royal Palace. Our guide was witty and knowledgeable, and eager to answer all the questions. I also liked the overall review of the Spanish history regarding the city and the palace, because I come from a place where we don't learn that much about Western European monarchies. So that was fun to find out. I think the morning time is the best especially in summer, and it's obvious that it gets more crowded as the day continues.
Great tour led by Jose, perfect amount of time spent at the palace. Entry into the palace with super easy and quick. Jose was a great guide!
Our guide was incredible. I wish I could remember her name. She was so knowledgeable and guided us through the palace beautifully. We were the last tour in the palace but she did not rush. A must do when in Madrid. The rooms are glorious and it was interesting to learn about the connections with Italian and French designers of the palace. Great day.
The tour guide was exceptional. She not only was the best tour guide but was kind, friendly and funny! We felt lucky being guided by her as the other guides from other companies did not compare.

Pilla was our guide. She was extremely generous with her knowledge, and gave very informative answers to my many questions, eg. where were the toilets in those early years for major events held at the Palace. The Palace is exceptionally well maintained and beautifully staged, given the enormous amount of bling! I would've given our tour a 5/5, but sadly, because our tour was the last of the day, we were aggressively bullied by the security staff to get the hell out of the place - The security personnel really do hate us tourists. I think the tour company could possibly influence a change in attitude amongst the security personnel. (Phil & Daz from Australia)

Our guide presented a thorough tour and was a wealth of knowledge. As she is petite, a flag of some sort would have made it easier to keep track of her. Enjoyed the tour!
