Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. She kept the group together, engaged, and shared information in each space we walked through.

This tour was very interesting. Our tour guide, Elena, made the tour very intriguing with all the stories and historic information she provided. I would highly recommend this tour!

Guide showed up late , lacked energy, not really skip the line you still need to wait to get through into palace, the group was very large and the tour seems scattered, I believe the tour guide was Laura and basically rushed through everything, spoke quickly , was boring and we left the tour early to go elsewhere ! Had better tours in the past , one of the worst guides and tour!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ José was an incredible guide for our tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid! He brought the palace to life with fascinating stories, a great sense of humor, and genuine enthusiasm for its history. He made the experience engaging from start to finish and gave us a much deeper appreciation for everything we saw. If you’re visiting the Royal Palace, ask for José. He made our tour one of the highlights of our time in Madrid!

Jose was great! He spoke very clearly and was very knowledgeable. He knew all the great stories and people. Would recommend him and this tour again, especially since you can skip the line!

Tour was great and we got a bonus - got to see the horses and guards parade out of the palace. Our tour guide (Lei?) was great. Information was comprehensive and interesting but not overwhelming; and we could clearly understand her. The audio boxes were great - probably the best we’ve ever had on any tour. Highly recommend this tour and tour company. .

What a fantastic tour! Jose was our guide and he was friendly, engaging and clearly very passionate about his knowledge of the palace and beyond. The details regarding the paintings, the tapestries, the decor of the room and the monarchy was very impressive and made it feel like we learned a lot about the history. Excellent value for money.

Lia our tour guide was fantastic. She knew so much of the palace, it's history and the current king and queen. Very friendly.

Booked the tour on line prior to our visit, partly to avoid having to queue which worked. Tour left the agreed meeting point on time and the tour guide ensured everyone stayed together. We found the tour interesting and we were given sufficient time to take photos and the commentary by the guide was knowledgeable and at times humerous. The Palace itself is well worth a visit, whether you opt for a guided tour or not. The time we visited it was very busy, but at the end if the tour your free to stay and revisit anything you thought you would like to see again.
