Description
After more than 10 years of working in restaurants, I decided to take the next step and use my knowledge of wine in a more creative way. In February 2021 I left my hometown, Amsterdam, to host wine tastings here in Valencia. I have developed myself by working in some of the best Michelin starred restaurants in Europe. Besides the practical work I got educated in the highest Dutch wine studies, “Vinologen” and in the highest level of the most well-known wine studies worldwide: WSET4. What distinguishes a wine tasting with me from the rest? My personality and ability to treat people and give them an unforgettable evening. A unique location with a guaranteed feel-good atmosphere and ultimately an enormous repertoire of wine knowledge, so that you will hardly find a question that I cannot answer.

A wonderful wine tasting in Valencia
I had a really great time at the wine tasting! 🍷 I was greeted with a smile and a glass of Cava. We tasted three white wines and two red wines, and both the wines and the tapas served with them were very delicious. Tristan told us a lot of interesting information about the wines – understandable and entertaining. It was a pleasure to listen to him. His colleagues were also very friendly and ensured a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I can absolutely recommend the tasting! I am already looking forward to a repeat visit when I am back in Valencia!

Amazing Experience
What an amazing experience with Tristan! I went solo and met some lovely new people as the tables had been organised based on language I believe, so I had plenty of people to speak to. The booking fee was fair and the session length was perfect, with extra time after the session had ended to drink and talk and socialise. The setting was perfectly central and easy to find. I would totally book again! Thank you!

Good wines beautifull stories
I received a tip from a Valencian friend that a Dutch sommelier organizes a wonderful wine experience in the old town. It was more than worth a try. We tasted beautiful wines with interesting stories, and the location was cozy as well.
