While your paella simmers, enjoy a sangria-making workshop and sample traditional tapas. Then sit down to feast on your creation with local wine, salad, mistela, and homemade dessert.

Fantastic Paella Class
A massive thank you to the My First Paella team for such an excellent cooking and dining experience! We felt incredibly well looked after from the very beginning and really enjoyed the tour of the local market, followed by welcome tapas and sangria when we arrived at the kitchen. The cooking experience itself was both fun and informative, giving us a great insight into the different stages involved in creating an authentic paella using fresh, local ingredients. The whole experience was relaxed, engaging, and a great way to learn more about Valencian food and culture. If you’re looking for a fun, memorable experience in Valencia, we highly recommend My First Paella. A fantastic experience from start to finish!
