monuments were beautiful. Our guide always parked the farthest away and time was limited. Didn’t see the Koren War Memorial or Vietnam War Memorial. Was only taken to the back of the White House and because of the fence you couldn’t see anything. Highly disappointed in that. Tour guide was Scott and if I’m being honest, he wasn’t the best.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that some parts of the tour did not meet your expectations. When our guides park near the monuments, they always have to consider the safest available location and follow parking and traffic regulations. Unfortunately, tour vehicles are not permitted to stop or park in certain designated areas, so sometimes we may need to park a little farther away. Access around the White House can also change depending on security restrictions, road closures, and temporary fencing, which is outside of our control. We’re sorry that you were not able to get the view you were hoping for or visit the Korean War and Vietnam Veterans Memorials during your tour. We also appreciate your feedback about Scott. He is actually one of our most experienced and highly reviewed guides, and many of our previous guests have specifically mentioned how knowledgeable, friendly, and enjoyable he is. At the same time, we understand that every guest experience can be different, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective.
You do not get a lot of time to explore the monuments. We only got to get off and visit 5 monuments and zoomed past a couple others.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our tour is approximately 2 hours, and during that time we try to give guests a good overview of Washington, DC while covering as many of the major monuments and memorials as possible. We include several scheduled stops where guests can get off, explore, and take photos, while some other landmarks are viewed along the route. We understand that some guests may prefer more time at each monument, and we truly appreciate your feedback. Thank you for choosing us.
The tour itself was great. Our guide was wonderful. We missed some places that listed as being in the tour due to the road closures for the F1 race that will be in DC. My only concern/complaint is that the picture for this tour on trip advisor is a vintage 6 person car. That is not what you’re paying for. You get an 10 person car. We had to face backwards due to the last 2 seats facing that way. Just be careful when booking as what is pictured is not what you get.
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour and had a wonderful experience with your guide. Due to the road closures related to the upcoming Grand Prix, some streets and locations have been temporarily inaccessible, but our guides are still doing their best to show guests the main monuments and memorials whenever possible. We’d also like to clarify the vehicle options. When booking, guests can choose between our 1930s-style Vintage Cart, which accommodates up to 7 passengers, and our Spacious Open-Air Electric Cart, which accommodates up to 10 passengers. These are listed as separate options during the booking process, and the vehicle provided is based on the option selected. We appreciate you bringing this up, as we always want the booking details to be as clear as possible.
The tour was very informative and got to many of the major sights. It was nice to go on our first night to get an orientation to everything. The guide shared not just historical info, but also restaurant and museum tips. The stops were not very long, just enough time to get a few pictures.
Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re so glad the tour gave you a great introduction to Washington, DC on your first night and that you enjoyed the history, restaurant recommendations, and museum tips from your guide. Our tour is 2 hours long, and we try our best to show guests as many of Washington, DC’s major monuments and memorials as possible while still providing enough time at each scheduled stop to get out, explore, and take photos. We truly appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing us.

My fiancé and I traveled to DC with his grandmother, brother, and his brother’s girlfriend, and this was our last event before heading home. I can honestly say it was 100% worth it! 🇺🇸✨ Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, but what really stood out was how personal and thoughtful he was throughout the entire experience. He took photos for us at pretty much every angle, shared so much interesting history, and was absolutely wonderful with our grandmother! We were able to see all of the main monuments and even the White House! 🇺🇸🏛️ Sadly, we came to DC the week before the Freedom 250 Grand Prix, so many roads were blocked off. However, our tour guide was still able to navigate around the closures and find other routes so we didn’t miss out on anything. This was truly a 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Washington, DC! ❤️

It’s especially great to know that your tour guide made the experience personal, informative, and comfortable for everyone, and took extra care to make sure your grandmother enjoyed the tour as well.
