Limited with road closures

The guide was engaging, has a great sense of humor, knowledgeable, and a good driver. The tour was cut in half because of all the road closures. The cart was remarkably comfy even in the heat. We did a night tour and had a little breeze. It was more of a golf cart ride , not a tour, due to all the closures . My expectation was to go to the monuments with a guide to tell us about them. Since the tickets were bought the day before I think we should have been given that information pre purchase.

Operator response

Thank you for your feedback, Kathy. We're glad to hear that you found your guide engaging, knowledgeable, and enjoyable, and that the cart provided a comfortable ride despite the heat. At the same time, we understand your disappointment that the road closures significantly impacted the tour and prevented the experience from meeting your expectations. We agree that having advance information about major access restrictions would have helped you make a more informed decision. We appreciate your honest feedback and will use it to improve our communication with future guests. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Informative trip

Good fun and very informative. Great knowledgeable guide who answered all questions. Wouldn’t be as much fun in the rain though

Although our tours are available rain or shine, we are glad to hear that you were able to enjoy it. We really appreciate your note on the weather. Your tour guide matters

It’s a cool thing to do. We didn’t love our tour guide. She was a bit snobbish. I’ve done this twice. The first time we loved our guide.

Operator response

Thank you, Stephanie, for giving us another try and for sharing your honest feedback. We're glad you think the tour is a fun experience and that your first visit left such a positive impression. We're sorry to hear this tour didn't meet the same standard, as we always want every guest to feel welcomed and engaged. Your comments are valuable, and we'll be sure to share them with our team as we continue working to provide the best possible experience. We hope we'll have the opportunity to earn back that five-star experience on a future visit.
