This experience captures the true essence of Florence’s culinary soul: a journey that blends tradition, hands-on creativity, and the vibrant flavors of Italy. From the lively buzz of Sant'Ambrogio Market, where fresh local ingredients tell a story of heritage, to the warmth of an Italian kitchen, where time-honored techniques come to life, every moment is infused with authenticity. It’s not just about cooking: it’s about feeling like a local, learning the secrets of Italian cuisine from an expert chef, and embracing the joy of food as a cultural experience. The rich aromas of fresh herbs, simmering sauces, and handmade pasta fill the air, creating a sensory journey that awakens your inner Italian chef. Then comes the best part: gathering around the table, savoring the results of your hard work with a glass of Tuscan wine, and sharing laughter with fellow food lovers. It’s an immersive, delicious, and unforgettable way to taste Florence!

We had a great time. The chef GUI was excellent and very knowledgeable and very patient with us. Very interactive brought us to the market and then to the class room and showed us how to choose products and hands on with the pasta. Supplied wine & drink during the class. At the end of the class we enjoyed the food we made. Thank you
Gui was incredibly friendly and patient with our group. He had a great personality and made the whole experience enjoyable and fun for everyone. We laughed and ate so much and learned so many new techniques in cooking. Without a doubt this class was the highlight of the trip for both my husband and I. Highly recommend not missing this!
We had the best day it was really fun and relaxed environment but the quality of the class and cooking was still very high. The best of both worlds. We had Gui as our chef and he was fantastic. If you go at 10 plan a siesta afterward as there is lots of wine and lots of food. Perfect choice so happy with the experience.
It was a great lesson. The food was really nice i eat too much because it was to good. And Alan really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. You don't need much experience to do this class everybody can do it.
Allan is a wonderful and enthusiastic chef who has rediscovered his passion for teaching and instructing after his culinary career, fantastic to experience!
It was just awesome! Our boss Al (Alan) gave us 4 hours of pure master class time, told ALL THE DETAILS, and answered all questions. He was very kind, interested, you could see that he is passionate and lives for his work, he loves cooking and he loves people. And the master class turned out not to be some superficial tourist nonsense, but a real deep master class with the technology and biochemistry of the processes. We didn't even expect this! This is real delight and the most amazing time during our trip. I recommend this to everyone! This will suit both beginner cooks and those who are experienced and cook a lot and already know their way around. It is difficult to surprise us in that sense, but we are in pleasant shock.
It was highlight of my stay in Florence. Guy was amazing and very entertaining and an unbelievable cook. All four of our dishes turned out awesome and was better than any of the of restaurants we ate at earlier in our stay. I highly recommend it and would go again.
Amazing experience, the whole day spent in the kitchen with Alan was a spectacular lettine!
Alain was phenomenal, he gave plenty of great tips and advice and gave plenty of insight into life in Florence. Highly recommend
