The tour guide was very nice and had a great personality. She was very helpful. The tour inside took longer than expected and we did not get to see the gardens so that was disappointing
We booked a half day tour. The pick up was easy to find and Tatiana explained well the agenda of the day. Our driver was Thomas and it took just less than 40 minutes to arrive. Our tour guide for the palace was Omar who was fantastic. He remembered the names of our large group, had incredible knowledge and made the experience with his humour and historical information. I would recommend going with a tour guide for the palace entry and English translation. We had free time to explore the gardens after. The crowds were big but manageable.

Everything is well organized from the meeting point, bus boarding, arrival at Versailles, meeting Anais, our guide and departure. Anais who did an excellent job guided us through the palace. The place is grand and surreal. As stated in the tour description, we have free time to explore the vast and magnificent garden on our own. This place is a must visit when vacation in Paris.
Guide Mauro was excellent. Great deep knowledge. Excellent group management. Obviously very experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The garden, well we should have hired a golf buggy, it's huge. But that's going to be different for everyone. Overall a great day out. Happy with everything.
The Versailles Chateau and Gardens were awesome the whole experience from pick up to drop off was smooth and friendly. Cleo was absolutely fantastic with information and the Palace guide Mauro was superb. He was so knowledgeable and passionate. A nice touch was a bottle of cold water each on the way back as it was a really hot day. Well done City Wonders.
