TERRIBLE - DISAPPOINTING
Due to an unexpected airline delay I could not make the visit, even though I got in touch with the ticket provider so they could provide me with different options, honestly it was disappointing, zero solutions, they certainly kept the money, I will not buy from this provider again.

It's always crowded.
There are always many people. I recommend the morning shift. I think it's also good to go to the place where you want to see the picture. I think it's very good because you can also hear explanations in Japanese, such as for the letters. I thought I was just going to look at the pictures, so I went in as is the first time, but from the second time, I've been with a guide. I recommend it because it has explanations about things like post offices. We haven't done a guided tour yet, so I don't know. Next time, I think I will try.

The issue with the tickets...
The issue with the tickets was very complicated, we had to make several trips to get our ticket validated. It is much easier for them to send us a ticket voucher like other companies do.
