Disappointed us!

At the second step already a lot totally unable to find. We were just working on the game than we could enjoy the city. When we had to find a word with a code. Totally nothing to find.... With irritation than pleasure.... Entire app but turned off and enjoy the city.

Operator response

Disappointing

I didn’t really like this experience. First, you have to create an account on the app to access the game. Second, the game itself was almost all ghost stories. It wasn’t very informative. Third, I received 9 emails in the course of booking and competing this experience - too much spam!

Operator response

Thanks for sharing your experience, and we're sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations. We'll take your feedback into account to improve our services, including email communication. If there's anything specific you'd like us to address, please let us know at care@questoapp.com. We appreciate your input.

Having fun in Valletta!

It was an extraordinary experience and we had a wonderful time playing this game. It is also very helpful to get to know Valletta streets and buildings. There were some difficult parts of this game, regarding the map - places - plural of the key words, but we definitely recommend it (not during the night, cause you need the sun light). Also some tourists and bar owners helped us during our ghost research :)

Operator response

We're thrilled you had an extraordinary time uncovering Valletta's secrets! Your feedback means a lot to us. We're continually refining our games to ensure you have the best experience possible. If you decide to embark on another Questo adventure in the future, we'll make sure it's tailored even more to your preferences. Happy exploring! 🏰🕵️‍♂️😄

Good but could be better

Weird story, lovely game, but compared to other cities it showed us less. We expected to visit places more relevant for the history of the city.

Operator response

Glad you found the game enjoyable, but we apologize for not meeting your expectations in terms of the story and historical coverage. We appreciate your feedback as we aim to enhance our experiences. If you're open to more adventures or have questions, feel free to reach out. Happy exploring and discovering more! 🏞️🕵️‍♂️🗺️

Break from the usual activities

Some questions were hard since 2 places are being renovated, we recommend do it in the day or afternoon but not at night.

Operator response
