Wow, if you book this tour try to request Mimoza, she was an outstanding guide. Not only because of her wealth of knowledge about Valencia, but because of her spirit. She is one of a kind and made for a very memorable couple of hours walking through Ciutat Vella. Ten out of ten, would book again.

No show guide
Our tour was scheduled to start at 11 am It was a rainy day, but we figured we would Grab an umbrella and be good to go. Walked twenty minutes and arrived to our spot ten minutes early. At 11:15 I texted the tour guide , giving her our location and asking if she had arrived.... Thinking perhaps she been held up by the rain. I can see She read the text, but did not respond. A few minutes later I received an email from the company saying our tour had been canceled. Noting that the tour guide had a personal issue that kept her from arriving. They issued a refund that was going to take five days to hit. And by now we've been out in the rain for almost an hour. I really Wish that the tour guide had reached out prior to us leaving the hotel to let us know she would not be coming. This is a bummer from one of the most highly recommended travel tour options
